Eric Dumazet c4dbe54ed7 seqlock: Get rid of SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED ...

All static seqlock should be initialized with the lockdep friendly
__SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED() macro.

Remove legacy SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED() macro.
