Update iopf enablement in the iommufd mock device driver to use the new method, similar to the arm-smmu-v3 driver. Enable iopf support when any domain with an iopf_handler is attached, and disable it when the domain is removed. Add a refcount in the mock device state structure to keep track of the number of domains set to the device and PASIDs that require iopf. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
