Document memory regions used by Airoha EN7581 NPU for wlan traffic offloading. The brand new added memory regions do not introduce any backward compatibility issues since they will be used just to offload traffic to/from the MT76 wireless NIC and the MT76 probing will not fail if these memory regions are not provide, it will just disable offloading via the NPU module. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
