We currently have various switch statements that check if an opcode needs a file, mm, etc. These are hard to keep in sync as opcodes are added. Add a struct io_op_def that holds all of this information, so we have just one spot to update when opcodes are added. This also enables us to NOT allocate req->io if a deferred command doesn't need it, and corrects some mistakes we had in terms of what commands need mm context. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
