Yang Jihong d50ad02cb3 perf test: Add perf_event_attr test for record dummy event
If only dummy event is recorded, tracking event is not needed.
Add this test scenario.

Test result:

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
