Locality Setting for FIFO - a read attempt to TPM_STS_x Registers returns

The fix

Decorate tpm_tis_gen_interrupt() with request_locality() and
release_locality().

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
