Allow the way we access members of the processor vtable to be changed at compile time. We will need to move to per-CPU vtables to fix the Spectre variant 2 issues on big.Little systems. However, we have a couple of calls that do not need the vtable treatment, and indeed cause a kernel warning due to the (later) use of smp_processor_id(), so also introduce the PROC_TABLE macro for these which always use CPU 0's function pointers. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
