For MNC207QS1-1 panel, Splash screen occur when switch from VT1 to VT2.
The BL_EN signal does not conform to the VESA protocol.
BL_EN signal needs to be pulled high after video signal.
So add prepare_to_enable to 200ms.

``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
