Pull x86 cpu updates from Ingo Molnar: - Rework the x86 CPU vendor/family/model code: introduce the 'VFM' value that is an 8+8+8 bit concatenation of the vendor/family/model value, and add macros that work on VFM values. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
