Ping-Ke Shih fecf6b57fb wifi: rtw89: mac: reset PHY-1 hardware when going to enable/disable
When going to use PHY-1, reset the hardware to make it work properly.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
