Bram Moolenaar 92852cee3f patch 8.1.1930: cannot recognize .jsx and .tsx files 
Problem:    Cannot recognize .jsx and .tsx files.
Solution:   Recognize them as javascriptreact and typescriptreact.
            (closes #4830)
