efd5c1ecfc SIL: Move the implementation of Lowering::usesObjCAllocator() to the SIL library.
The definition of `Lowering::usesObjCAllocator()` was previously implemented in SILGen, which does not match the library membership of the declaration. The implementation of `SILSymbolVisitor` in the SIL library uses this and since SIL is a dependency of SILGen instead of vice-versa this resulted in a linker error.

5a8c14d583 [Profiler] Fix up a couple uses of emitProfilerIncrement
Remove a case where we know we don't have a
profiler, and avoid incrementing for a distributed
factory method. Otherwise such cases could pass
a null ASTNode, which will become an assertion
failure in a future commit.

While we're here, let's standardize on emitting
the profiler increment for function entry after
the prolog, as if there's e.g an unreachable
parameter, the increment can be safely elided
anyway.

9f2b6a4ebb Reuse _ContiguousArrayStorage<AnyObject> metadata for any class or objc generic type
Reduces the number of _ContiguousArrayStorage metadata.

In order to support constant time bridging we do need to set the correct
metadata when we bridge to Objective-C. This is so that the type check
succeeds when bridging back from Objective-C to reuse the storage
instance rather than bridging the elements.

To support dynamically setting the `_ContiguousArrayStorage` element
type i needed to add support for optimizing `alloc_ref_dynamic`
throughout the optimizer.

Possible future improvements:
* Use different metadata such that we can disambiguate native Swift
classes during destruction -- allowing native release rather then unknown
  release usage.
* Optimize the newly added semantic function
  getContiguousArrayStorageType

a37f291c18 Remove ActorIsolation::DistributedActorInstance.
The distributed case is distinguishable from the non-distributed case
based on the actor type itself for those rare cases where we care. The
vast majority of code is simplified by treating this identically to
`ActorInstance`.

d610493603 fix bugs with actor inits and flow-isolation
This is a combination of fixes:

- inject hops in self-isolated delegating actor initializers
  after self becomes initialized.

- fix sendable and isolation for convenience inits

- fix bug in distributed actor inits that I introduced when
  implementing flow-isolation.

- fix / add test coverage.

8432f94cd5 (rdar://87412308) fix missing actor hop for global-actor isolated inits of an actor type.
For global-actor isolated async inits within an actor, we will have separate restrictions
on access to self's differently-isolated stored properties to prevent data races. But,
we also must be on the global actor while in such initializers. The problem was only
that the prologue was missing a hop because of a bad conditional check. Previously
the check assumed that actors cannot have global-actor isolated initializers, but they
can currently.

716f4b9e2f Hop to the generic executor in non-actor-isolated async functions.
Async functions are now expected to set ExpectedExecutor in their
prologue (and, generally, immediately hop to it). I updated the
prologue code for a bunch of function emission, most of which was
uninteresting. Top-level code was not returning to the main
executor, which is now fixed; fortunately, we weren't assuming
that we were on the main executor yet.

We had some code that only kicked in when an ExpectedExecutor
wasn't set which made us capture the current executor before
a hop and then return to it later.  This code has been removed;
there's no situation in which save-and-return is the semantically
correct thing to do given the possibility of hop optimization.
I suspect it could also have led to crashes if the current
executor is being kept alive only because it's currently running
code. If we ever add async functions that are supposed to inherit
their caller's executor, we should have the caller pass the right
executor down to it.

This is the first half of SE-0338; the second, sendability
enforcement, is much more complicated, and Doug has volunteered
to do it.

Fixes rdar://79284465, as well as some tests that were XFAILed
on Windows.

51b769795a decouple the emission of actorReady from SILGen
We need to be able to inject a call to a distributed actor's
transport.actorReady, passing the actor instance to it,
during definite initialization. This means that its dependence
on SILGenFunction must be broken, hence this refactoring as
a SILOptimizer utility.

fdc0e08d60 SILGen: Emit literal closures at the abstraction level of their context.
Literal closures are only ever directly referenced in the context of the expression they're written in,
so it's wasteful to emit them at their fully-substituted calling convention and then reabstract them if
they're passed directly to a generic function. Avoid this by saving the abstraction pattern of the context

level of abstraction. Generalize some of the prolog/epilog code to handle converting arguments and returns
to the correct representation for a different abstraction level.

e494019bcb [SILGen] Never use a converting initialization when emitting member
initializers if the member is a property wrapper.

This code assumes that the initial value of the member and the result
of initialization are the same type (but differing in abstraction level).
This isn't true for property wrappers because the initial value can be
the wrapped value type, but the result is always the property wrapper
type. Property wrapper types are never reabstractable types anyway, so
the converting initialization isn't necessary.

Set the flag when SILGen emits a sync call to a reasync

462e58d3cb SILLocation: a big refactoring and reducing its size from 3 to 2 words
My goal was to reduce the size of SILLocation. It now contains only of a storage union, which is basically a pointer and a bitfield containing the Kind, StorageKind and flags. By far, most locations are only single pointers to an AST node. For the few cases where more data needs to be stored, this data is allocated separately: with the SILModule's bump pointer allocator.

While working on this, I couldn't resist to do a major refactoring to simplify the code:

* removed unused stuff
* The term "DebugLoc" was used for 3 completely different things:
    - for `struct SILLocation::DebugLoc` -> renamed it to `FilePosition`
    - for `hasDebugLoc()`/`getDebugSourceLoc()` -> renamed it to `hasASTNodeForDebugging()`/`getSourceLocForDebugging()`
    - for `class SILDebugLocation` -> kept it as it is (though, `SILScopedLocation` would be a better name, IMO)
* made SILLocation more "functional", i.e. replaced some setters with corresponding constructors
* replaced the hand-written bitfield `KindData` with C bitfields
* updated and improved comments

945011d39f Handle default actors by special-casing layout in IRGen instead
of adding a property.

This better matches what the actual implementation expects,
and it avoids some possibilities of weird mismatches. However,
it also requires special-case initialization, destruction, and
dynamic-layout support, none of which I've added yet.

In order to get NSObject default actor subclasses to use Swift
refcounting (and thus avoid the need for the default actor runtime
to generally use ObjC refcounting), I've had to introduce a
SwiftNativeNSObject which we substitute as the superclass when
inheriting directly from NSObject. This is something we could
do in all NSObject subclasses; for now, I'm just doing it in
actors, although it's all actors and not just default actors.
We are not yet taking advantage of our special knowledge of this
class anywhere except the reference-counting code.

I went around in circles exploring a number of alternatives for
doing this; at one point I basically had a completely parallel
"ForImplementation" superclass query. That proved to be a lot
of added complexity and created more problems than it solved.
We also don't *really* get any benefit from this subclassing
because there still wouldn't be a consistent superclass for all
actors. So instead it's very ad-hoc.

This makes it easier to understand conceptually why a ValueOwnershipKind with
Any ownership is invalid and also allowed me to explicitly document the lattice
that relates ownership constraints/value ownership kinds.

54134884af SILGen: Fix crash in emitEnumConstructor() if type lowering depends on resilience
It's possible that the result value here is passed indirectly,
but the enum value is loadable inside the constructor's body.
Let's make sure we handle this correctly.

7fd461570b SILGen: Fix crash when a stored property with an initial value has a reabstractable type
A constructor can constrain generic parameters more than the
type itself, either because there is a 'where' clause on the
constructor, or because the constructor is defined inside an
extension with a 'where' clause.

In this case, when the constructor calls a stored property
initializer to implicitly initialize a stored property with
an initial value, we must apply substitutions to get the
correct result type for the call.

If the original type of the stored property lowers differently
based on the abstraction pattern, for example if it is a
function type, then emitApply() would by default re-abstract
the result to the most specific abstraction pattern possible.

However, this was wrong because we store the result value into
the stored property, and a stored property's type should
always be lowered with the most generic abstraction pattern.

In practice, this meant if you have a stored property of type
(T) -> (), and an initializer with 'where T == String' for
example, we would call the initializer, to produce a value with
lowered type (@in_guaranteed String) -> (), then thunk it to a
(@guaranteed String) -> (), and try to store the thunk into
the stored property -- which has type (@in_guaranteed String) -> ().

This would either miscompile or trigger an assertion.

To get around this, we want to bypass the orig-to-subst
conversion performed in emitApply(). My chosen solution is
to have emitApply() emit the result into a
ConvertingInitialization set up to perform a subst-to-orig
conversion.

Now that ConvertingInitialization is smart enough to
peephole away matched pairs of orig-to-subst and subst-to-orig
conversions, this always reduces to a no-op, and the
emitApply() call produces and stores a value with the
correct abstraction pattern.

85b94a4300 SILGen: Refactor emitMemberInitializers() to use Initialization
Instead of constructing an LValue and storing the result of the
stored property initializer to the lvalue, let's emit the call
of the stored property initializer directly into an initialization
pointing at the stored properties named by the pattern.
