55e5618eab [test] Match nocapture to succeed both on main and rebranch
Both the syntax and relative order of the LLVM `nocapture` parameter
attribute changed upstream in 29441e4f5fa5f5c7709f7cf180815ba97f611297.
To reduce conflicts with rebranch, adjust FileCheck patterns to expect
both syntaxes and orders anywhere the presence of the attribute is not
critical to the test. These changes are temporary and will be cleaned
up once rebranch is merged into main.

b8a04f63e7 Test: prefer -enable-builtin-module
Many tests that use `-parse-stdlib` only do so because they want access
to the Builtin module. Now that we have the flag and ability to import
it, use that instead.

4858cb6225 [IRGen][interop] do not add 'nocapture' to not bitwise takable types
The use of 'nocapture' for parameters and return values is incorrect for C++ types, as they can actually capture a pointer into its own value (e.g. std::string in libstdc++)

d5a3e2e630 [AutoDiff] Fixes memory leaks in autodiff linear map context allocation builtins (#67944)
When the differentiating a function containing loops, we allocate a linear map context object on the heap. This context object may store non-trivial objects, such as closures, that need to be released explicitly. Fix the autodiff linear map context allocation builtins to correctly release such objects and not just free the memory they occupy.

61c12e4be0 Fix LoadableByAddress to use @in_guaranteed for unowned values
LoadableByAddress was accidentally changing ownership of
direct_unowned values to @in (owned). This generates unsupported SIL
for on-stack partial applies, which now breaks SIL verification.

This also resulted in extra copies of values inside of closure
contexts. Before calling the original function, the value would need to
be copied onto the stack and the context would be destroyed. Now, we
simply pass a pointer directly from the closure context. See
IRGen/indirect_argument.sil+huge_partial_application.

I'm pretty sure fixing this has no effect on the mangling of public symbols.

8d8577e5b0 [SIL] Removed Indirect_In_Constant convention.
It is no different from @in.

Continue parse @in_constant in textual and serialized SIL, but just as
an alias for @in.

4f6ba29715 AutoDiff: Disable requirement machine when building or testing Differentiation library
The SIL type lowering logic for AutoDiff gets the substituted generic signature
mixed up with the invocation generic signature, so it tries to ask questions
about DependentMemberTypes in a signature with no requirements. This triggers
assertions when the requirement machine is enabled.

Disable the requirement machine until this is fixed.

0b53a02544 [AutoDiff] Rename 'in:' to 'of:' in differential operators.
Rename the argument label `in:` in `gradient(at:in:)`, `pullback(at:in:)`, etc to `of:`, as suggested in the [pitch thread](https://forums.swift.org/t/differentiable-programming-for-gradient-based-machine-learning/42147).

e494df2ee6 [AutoDiff] Add differentiability kind to differentiability witnesses and mangle them.
Differentiability witnesses are now keyed by the original function name, the differentiability kind, and the autodiff config.

Updated SIL syntax:
```
differentiability-kind ::= 'forward' | 'reverse' | 'normal' | 'linear'
sil-differentiability-witness ::=
    'sil_differentiability_witness'
    sil-linkage?
    '[' differentiability-kind ']'
    '[' 'parameters' sil-differentiability-witness-function-index-list ']'
    '[' 'results' sil-differentiability-witness-function-index-list ']'
    generic-parameter-clause?
    sil-function-name ':' sil-type
    sil-differentiability-witness-body?
sil-instruction ::=
    'differentiability_witness_function'
    '[' sil-differentiability-witness-function-kind ']'
    '[' differentiability-kind ']'
    '[' 'parameters' sil-differentiability-witness-function-index-list ']'
    '[' 'results' sil-differentiability-witness-function-index-list ']'
    generic-parameter-clause?
    sil-function-name ':' sil-type
```
```console
sil_differentiability_witness [reverse] [parameters 0 1] [results 0] <T where T: Differentiable> @foo : <T> $(T) -> T
differentiability_witness_function [vjp] [reverse] [parameters 0] [results 0] <T where T: Differentiable> @foo : $(T) -> T
```

New mangling:
```swift
  global ::= global generic-signature? 'WJ' DIFFERENTIABILITY-KIND INDEX-SUBSET 'p' INDEX-SUBSET 'r' // differentiability witness
```
```console
$s13test_mangling3fooyS2f_S2ftFWJrSpSr ---> reverse differentiability witness for test_mangling.foo(Swift.Float, Swift.Float, Swift.Float) -> Swift.Float with respect to parameters {0} and results {0}
```

[AutoDiff] Add '@differentiable(reverse)'.

af8942d940 [AutoDiff] Rename '@differentiable' to '@differentiable(reverse)'.
Compiler:
- Add `Forward` and `Reverse` to `DifferentiabilityKind`.
- Expand `DifferentiabilityMask` in `ExtInfo` to 3 bits so that it now holds all 4 cases of `DifferentiabilityKind`.
- Parse `@differentiable(reverse)` and `@differentiable(_forward)` declaration attributes and type attributes.
- Emit a warning for `@differentiable` without `reverse`.
- Emit an error for `@differentiable(_forward)`.
- Rename `@differentiable(linear)` to `@differentiable(_linear)`.
- Make `@differentiable(reverse)` type lowering go through today's `@differentiable` code path. We will specialize it to reverse-mode in a follow-up patch.

ABI:
- Add `Forward` and `Reverse` to `FunctionMetadataDifferentiabilityKind`.
- Extend `TargetFunctionTypeFlags` by 1 bit to store the highest bit of differentiability kind (linear). Note that there is a 2-bit gap in `DifferentiabilityMask` which is reserved for `AsyncMask` and `ConcurrentMask`; `AsyncMask` is ABI-stable so we cannot change that.

_Differentiation module:
- Replace all occurrences of `@differentiable` with `@differentiable(reverse)`.
- Delete `_transpose(of:)`.

ffe6064101 Mangle derivative functions and linear maps.
- `Mangle::ASTMangler::mangleAutoDiffDerivativeFunction()` and `Mangle::ASTMangler::mangleAutoDiffLinearMap()` accept original function declarations and return a mangled name for a derivative function or linear map. This is called during SILGen and TBDGen.
- `Mangle::DifferentiationMangler` handles differentiation function mangling in the differentiation transform. This part is necessary because we need to perform demangling on the original function and remangle it as part of a differentiation function mangling tree in order to get the correct substitutions in the mangled derivative generic signature.

A mangled differentiation function name includes:
- The original function.
- The differentiation function kind.
- The parameter indices for differentiation.
- The result indices for differentiation.
- The derivative generic signature.

de2dbe57ed [AutoDiff] Bump-pointer allocate pullback structs in loops. (#34886)
In derivatives of loops, no longer allocate boxes for indirect case payloads. Instead, use a custom pullback context in the runtime which contains a bump-pointer allocator.

When a function contains a differentiated loop, the closure context is a `Builtin.NativeObject`, which contains a `swift::AutoDiffLinearMapContext` and a tail-allocated top-level linear map struct (which represents the linear map struct that was previously directly partial-applied into the pullback). In branching trace enums, the payloads of previously indirect cases will be allocated by `swift::AutoDiffLinearMapContext::allocate` and stored as a `Builtin.RawPointer`.

d3b6b89de6 [AutoDiff] Support multiple differentiability result indices in SIL. (#32206)
`DifferentiableFunctionInst` now stores result indices.
`SILAutoDiffIndices` now stores result indices instead of a source index.

`@differentiable` SIL function types may now have multiple differentiability
result indices and `@noDerivative` resutls.

`@differentiable` AST function types do not have `@noDerivative` results (yet),
so this functionality is not exposed to users.

Resolves TF-689 and TF-1256.

de9aa59b74 test: repair the AutoDiff test on Windows
`-lm` is not portable, it is only needed on certain platforms (e.g.

Avoid using a static library as that is not supported on all platforms
(e.g. Windows). Use the helper macros to generate the library.

Repairs the Windows tests.

1308fc69c5 [AutoDiff] Simplify conditions enabling differentiable programming. (#30765)
Previously, two conditions were necessary to enable differentiable programming:
- Using the `-enable-experimental-differentiable-programming` frontend flag.
- Importing the `_Differentiation` module.

Importing the `_Differentiation` module is the true condition because it
contains the required compiler-known `Differentiable` protocol. The frontend
flag is redundant and cumbersome.

Now, the frontend flag is removed.
Importing `_Differentiation` is the only condition.
