If the parameter is `Any` we assume that all candidates are convertible to it, which makes it a perfect match. The solver would then decide whether erasing to an existential is preferable. Doug Gregor	5aea1315cd	Add @_disfavoredOverload attribute to affect overload resolution. ... Introduce an attribute @_disfavoredOverload that can be used to state that a particular declaration should be avoided if there is a successful type-check for a non-@_disfavoredOverload.
