5c3f6703a0 Remove diag::type_of_expression_is_ambiguous
This is a diagnostic that is only really emitted as a fallback when
the constraint system isn't able to better diagnose the expression.
It's not particulary helpful for the user, and can be often be
misleading since the underlying issue might not actually be an
ambiguity, and the user may well already have a type annotation. Let's
instead just emit the fallback diagnostic that we emit in all other
cases, asking the user to file a bug.

ba68faaed5 [test] Mark tests that use experimental/upcoming features as such
Find all the usages of `--enable-experimental-feature` or
`--enable-upcoming-feature` in the tests and replace some of the
`REQUIRES: asserts` to use `REQUIRES: swift-feature-Foo` instead, which
should correctly apply to depending on the asserts/noasserts mode of the
toolchain for each feature.

Remove some comments that talked about enabling asserts since they don't
apply anymore (but I might had miss some).

All this was done with an automated script, so some formatting weirdness
might happen, but I hope I fixed most of those.

There might be some tests that were `REQUIRES: asserts` that might run
in `noasserts` toolchains now. This will normally be because their
feature went from experimental to upcoming/base and the tests were not
updated.

359e045192 Require switch on a noncopyable-type binding to be explicitly consume-d.
Pattern matching as currently implemented is consuming, but that's not
necessarily what we want to be the default behavior when borrowing pattern
matching is implemented. When a binding of noncopyable type is pattern-matched,
require it to be annotated with the `consume` operator explicitly. That way,
when we introduce borrowing pattern matching later, we have the option to make
`switch x` do the right thing without subtly changing the behavior of existing
code. rdar://110073984

1c9ed33fba ensure you cannot discard a local called self
previous checking for the expr being `self`
was checking for the decl being named `self`.

that meant you could do naughty things like:

```
let `self` = Self()
discard `self`
```

da9847a841 fix typechecking for discard in generics
Don't use `getDeclaredTypeInContext` it gives
the wrong types for generic params.

20b060b893 allow discard in generic noncopyable type
A bug was preventing you from writing `discard self`
in a consuming method of a generic noncopyable type.

The main cause was the `isPureMoveOnly` ignored
unbound generic types, claiming none of them are
noncopyable. Then I also needed to pass the contextual
type with the vars bound to the type checker.

3e4bc82aa8 rename _forget to discard; deprecate _forget
SE-390 concluded with choosing the keyword discard rather than forget for
the statement that disables the deinit of a noncopyable type. This commit
adds parsing support for `discard self` and adds a deprecation warning for
`_forget self`.
