6ffa8fd489 AST: Change signature of LookupConformanceFn
Instead of passing in the substituted type, we pass in the
InFlightSubstitution. This allows the substituted type to be
recovered if needed, but we can now skip computing it for
the common case of LookUpConformanceInSubstitutionMap.

1d961ba22d Add #include "swift/Basic/Assertions.h" to a lot of source files
Although I don't plan to bring over new assertions wholesale
into the current qualification branch, it's entirely possible
that various minor changes in main will use the new assertions;
having this basic support in the release branch will simplify that.
(This is why I'm adding the includes as a separate pass from
rewriting the individual assertions)

63b3e7624d [NCGenerics] fold InverseType into PCT
We already need to track the inverses separate from the members in a
ProtocolCompositionType, since inverses aren't real types. Thus, the
only purpose being served by InverseType is to be eliminated by
RequirementLowering when it appears in a conformance requirement.

Instead, we introduce separate type InverseRequirement just to keep
track of which inverses we encounter to facilitate cancelling-out
defaults and ensuring that the inverses are respected after running
the RequirementMachine.

a92181827a [Sema] handle inverses everywhere
Previously, inverses were only accounted-for in inheritance clauses.

This batch of changes handles inverses appearing in other places, like:

- Protocol compositions
- `some ~Copyable`
- where clauses

with proper attribution of default requirements in their absence.

66712ce6e0 [Sema] introduce InverseType
This type will become the corresponding type that is resolved for an
`InverseTypeRepr`. This kind of type is not expected to appear past type
 checking (currently, not even past requirement lowering!).

f3ff561c6f [NFC] add llvm namespace to Optional and None
This is phase-1 of switching from llvm::Optional to std::optional in the
next rebranch. llvm::Optional was removed from upstream LLVM, so we need
to migrate off rather soon. On Darwin, std::optional, and llvm::Optional
have the same layout, so we don't need to be as concerned about ABI
beyond the name mangling. `llvm::Optional` is only returned from one
function in
```
getStandardTypeSubst(StringRef TypeName,
                     bool allowConcurrencyManglings);
```
It's the return value, so it should not impact the mangling of the
function, and the layout is the same as `std::optional`, so it should be
mostly okay. This function doesn't appear to have users, and the ABI was
already broken 2 years ago for concurrency and no one seemed to notice
so this should be "okay".

I'm doing the migration incrementally so that folks working on main can
cherry-pick back to the release/5.9 branch. Once 5.9 is done and locked
away, then we can go through and finish the replacement. Since `None`
and `Optional` show up in contexts where they are not `llvm::None` and
`llvm::Optional`, I'm preparing the work now by going through and
removing the namespace unwrapping and making the `llvm` namespace
explicit. This should make it fairly mechanical to go through and
replace llvm::Optional with std::optional, and llvm::None with
std::nullopt. It's also a change that can be brought onto the
release/5.9 with minimal impact. This should be an NFC change.

d25a8aec8b Add explicit lowering for value packs and pack expansions.
- SILPackType carries whether the elements are stored directly
  in the pack, which we're not currently using in the lowering,
  but it's probably something we'll want in the final ABI.
  Having this also makes it clear that we're doing the right
  thing with substitution and element lowering.  I also toyed
  with making this a scalar type, which made it necessary in
  various places, although eventually I pulled back to the
  design where we always use packs as addresses.

- Pack boundaries are a core ABI concept, so the lowering has
  to wrap parameter pack expansions up as packs.  There are huge
  unimplemented holes here where the abstraction pattern will
  need to tell us how many elements to gather into the pack,
  but a naive approach is good enough to get things off the
  ground.

- Pack conventions are related to the existing parameter and
  result conventions, but they're different on enough grounds
  that they deserve to be separated.

8f3fe63fed [no-implicit-copy] Rename SILMoveOnlyType -> SILMoveOnlyWrappedType.
Since I am beginning to prepare for adding real move only types to the language,
I am renaming everything that has to do with copyable types "move only wrapped"
values instead of move only. The hope is this reduces/prevents any confusion in
between the two.

4641ffc5ea AST: Refactor existential generalization to use buildGenericSignature() instead of GenericSignatureBuilder
The GenericSignatureBuilder is no longer used for anything by default, and we
don't want to create instances of it directly.

Instead, use the buildGenericSignature() utility method, which is backed by
the Requirement Machine.

124fe99c2a Implement the existential generalization algorithm.
The basic concept here was previously laid out in the metadata
system commits adding ExtendedExistentialTypeShape, but to recap,
we want to produce (for any existential type, but we're really
only going to use it for constrained or otherwise generalized
existentials) a "shape" signature and type that will be agreed
upon by all possible abstractions of the type.  In this
signature+type pair, any substitutable position in the original
type is abstracted as a parameter in the signature, which the
original type is a concrete application of.  This permits
agreement on the type in the face of runtime generic execution.

I have made every effort to support protocol compositions in
the code I've written, but of course until you're allowed to
actually write them, that's all untested.

I have not yet implemented signature minimization of the
generalization signature. I think this will be necessary in order
to ensure that there are no non-redundant parameters, especially
for compositions, which is something the runtime currently assumes
and is better for code size anyway.  But it can wait a few days,
I think.
