57a56e5804 IRGen: Set a "not bitwise borrowable" bit in value witnesses for @_rawLayout types.
For types like `Atomic` and `Mutex`, we want to know that even though they are
technically bitwise-takable, they differ from other bitwise-takable types until
this point because they are not also "bitwise-borrowable"; while borrowed,
they are pinned in memory, so they cannot be passed by value as a borrowed
parameter, unlike copyable bitwise-takable types. Add a bit to the value witness
table flags to record this.

Note that this patch does not include any accompanying runtime support for
propagating the flag into runtime-instantiated type metadata. There isn't yet
any runtime functionality that varies based on this flag, so that can
be implemented separately.

03a2393a6c IRGen: Track IsCopyable through type infos.
And use the new bit to ensure we don't try to lower move-only types
with common layout value witness surrogates. Take a bit in the runtime

a572c3f491 IRGen: Rename internal 'POD' references to 'TriviallyDestroyable'.
Noncopyable types aren't really "POD", but the bit is still useful to track
whether a noncopyable type has a no-op destroy operation, so rename the
existing bit to be more specific within IRGen's implementation.

Don't rename it in the runtime or Builtin names yet, since doing so will
require a naming transition for compatibility.

4d39506c4a [IRGen] Use a more precise computation for the kind of reference count.
TypeBase::usesNativeReferenceCounting() was doing a lot of work to
find the class that a type refers to, then determine whether it
would use the native reference-counting scheme. Its primary caller
in IRGen would use an overly-conservative approximation to decide
between the “Objective-C” and “unknown” cases, which resulted in
uses of “unknown” reference counting for some obviously-ObjC cases
(e.g., values of “NSObject”).

Moreover, the approximation would try to call into the type checker
(because it relied unnecessarily on the superclass *type* of a class
declaration), causing an assertion.

Fixes rdar://problem/42828798.

f01af883fc IRGen: Use known value witness tables for common type layouts.
If a type has the same layout as one of the basic integer types, or has a single refcounted pointer representation, we can use prefab value witness tables from the runtime instead of instantiating new ones. This saves quite a bit of code size, particularly in the Apple SDK overlays, where there are lots of swift_newtype wrappers and option set structs.

d61d966451 Use ConstantInitBuilder in most kinds of metadata emission.
This is NFC in intent, but I had to restructure the code to emit more
of the lists "inline", which means I inevitably altered some IRGen
emission patterns in ways that are visible to tests:

- GenClass emits property/ivar/whatever descriptors in a somewhat
  different order.

- An ext method type list is now emitted as just an array, not a struct
  containing only that array.

- Protocol descriptors are no longer emitted as packed structs.

I was sorely tempted to stop using packed structs for all the metadata
emission, but didn't really want to update that many tests in one go.

74fd15f7af IRGen: Don't represent enums with weird-sized LLVM integer types.
In practice, this interferes with FastISel and has exposed lots of latent LLVM backend bugs. Using "normal" power-of-two-bytes sized integers is easier to work with and improves code gen performance for nonoptimizing clients like Swift Playgrounds.

0ffb7278bc Only use metadata patterns for generic types; perform other
initialization in-place on demand. Initialize parent metadata
references correctly on struct and enum metadata.

Also includes several minor improvements related to relative
pointers that I was using before deciding to simply switch the
parent reference to an absolute reference to get better access
patterns.

Includes a fix since the earlier commit to make enum metadata
writable if they have an unfilled payload size. This didn't show
up on Darwin because "constant" is currently unenforced there in
global data containing relocations.

This patch requires an associated LLDB change which is being
submitted in parallel.

275ef489d4 Switch IRGen to use ClusteredBitVector.
IRGen uses a typedef, SpareBitVector, for its principal
purpose of tracking spare bits. Other uses should not
use this typedef, and I've tried to follow that, but I
did this rewrite mostly with sed and may have missed
some fixups.

This should be almost completely NFC. There may be
some subtle changes in spare bits for witness tables
and other off-beat pointer types. I also fixed a bug
where IRGen thought that thin functions were two
pointers wide, but this wouldn't have affected anything
because we never store thin functions anyway, since
they're not a valid AST type.

This commit repplies r24305 with two fixes:

  - It fixes the computation of spare bits for unusual
integer types to use the already-agreed-upon type
size instead of recomputing it. This fixes the
i386 stdlib build. Joe and I agreed that we should
also change the size to use the LLVM alloc size
instead of the next power of 2, but this patch
    does not do that yet.

  - It changes the spare bits in function types back
to the empty set. I'll be changing this in a
follow-up, but it needs to be tied to runtime
changes. This fixes the regression test failures.

0ddc7ee5b6 Resilience expansion is not an IR-generation concept.
If a type has to be passed or returned resiliently, it
will necessarily be passed indirectly, which is already
represented in SILFunctionType. There is no need to
represent this as a separate channel of information.

NFC. Also fixes a problem where the signature cache
for ExtraData::Block was writing past the end of an
array (but into the storage for an adjacent array
which was fortunately never used).

ExtraData should also disappear as a concept, but we're
still relying on that for existential protocol witnesses.

c0202d4fc2 IRGen: Push an 'isBitwiseTakable' bit through type infos.
In value witness table generation, and probably other places, we're inappropriately assuming that 'initializeWithTake' is equivalent to a memcpy in all cases, which isn't true for types that carry weak references or for potentially other types in the future.
