c9785d955d [SourceKit] Stop printing normal comments in clang generated interface
Generated interfaces for Clang modules used to try printing normal
comments between decls extracted from the header text. That was because
doc-comment was not common in C/ObjC headers. But mainly because of
"import as member feature" Clang decls aren't printed in the order as
they appear in the header file, the logic determinig which comment
belongs to which decl was not working property. We've decided to remove
that feature and only print the proper doc-comments as it has been
getting common.

69ab4fc56c Use LLVM diagnostic style for a number of Clang importer tests
These tests are checking the printed outpout of the diagnostic formatter
in ways that change with the Swift formatter, but are not consequential.

ad0e7096ba Make NS_ENUM &c. Sendable even when audited
An explicit swift_attr("@_nonSendable") will override it (except for ns_error_domain where the type is embedded in another type that's forced to be Sendable), but swift_attr("@_nonSendable(_assumed)") will not.

b2198e2c99 ASTPrinter: print public inherited protocols of the skipped private protocols
When printing the list of inherited protocols in the module interface, if private stdlib protocols are requested to be hidden, make sure to print public inherited protocols of the hidden protocols.

1e8ce52736 SIL: Strip [serialized] flag from functions even at -Onone
While the comment is correct to state that this won't enable any
new optimizations with -Onone, it does enable IRGen's lazy
function emission, which is important for 'reasync' functions,
which we don't want to emit at all even at -Onone.

This fixes debug stdlib builds with the new reasync versions
of the &&, || and ?? operators.

4a8f81db2b Special-case diagnostic for when you just need @unknown default (#21695)
This is a new feature of Swift 5 mode, so it deserves at least a
little bit of explanation right in the diagnostic. If you have an
otherwise-fully-covered switch but can't assume the enum is frozen,
you'll now get this message:

    switch covers known cases, but 'MusicGenre' may have additional
    unknown values

Furthermore, if the enum comes from a system header, it looks like
this:

    switch covers known cases, but 'NSMusicGenre' may have additional
    unknown values, possibly added in future versions

...to further suggest the idea that even though your switch is covered
/now/, it might not handle everything in the /future/. This extra bit
is limited to system headers to avoid showing up on C enums defined in
your own project, for which it sounds silly. (The main message is
still valid though, since you can cram whatever you want into a C
enum, and people use this pattern to implement "private cases".)

3e2411acd4 Diagnose when switching on a non-frozen enum without a catch-all case
The first half of Sema support for '@unknown'. The other part is
handling when the user /does/ write '@unknown', which results in
/other/ things being downgraded to warnings.

The diagnostics here are still pretty minimal; they should explain
what's going on with '@unknown' to someone who hasn't read the Swift 5
release notes.

52af3f3f65 [ClangImporter] Translate Clang's enum_extensibility to @_frozen
Still to do: test and fix up the use of multiple enum_extensibility
annotations, possibly with API notes. This is important because the
definition of NS/CF_ENUM /includes/ enum_extensibility(open) as of
Xcode 9.0; there should be a convenient out people can use to declare
exhaustive enums in C that's backwards-compatible.

6bb5b7ebcc SIL: Serialize conformances synthesized by the ClangImporter
The witness table had shared linkage, but we weren't serializing them,
which would cause linking errors if we emitted a reference to such a
witness table from a different module than the one where it was first
defined, as a result of deserializing and optimizing SIL.

This issue was introduced when SIL witness table serialization was
made conditional on the -sil-serialize-witness-tables flag, which is
normally only enabled for the standard library.

When the flag was added, existing tests were updated to pass the
flag, which masked the issue. Remove the flag from existing tests,
ensure that imported witness tables are still [serialized], and add
a new test specifically for the behavior enabled by this flag.

e575d2d5ba [ClangImporter] Error structs from enums are not imported decls.
Enums with the ns_error_domain attribute represent codes for NSError,
which means Swift developers will expect to interact with them in
terms of Error. SE-0112 improved bridging for these enums to generate
a struct with the following form:

    struct MyError: Error {
      @objc enum Code: RawRepresentable {
        case outOfMemory
        case fileNotFound
      }
      var userInfo: [NSObject: AnyObject] { get }
      static var outOfMemory: Code { get }
      static var fileNotFound: Code { get }
    }

where MyError.Code corresponds to the original MyError enum defined in
Objective-C. Until recently, both the enum and the synthesized struct
were marked as having the original enum as their "Clang node", but
that leads to problems: the struct isn't really ObjC-compatible, and
the two decls have the same USR. (The latter had already been worked
around.)

This commit changes the struct to be merely considered a synthesized
"external definition", with no associated Clang node. This meant
auditing everywhere that's looking for a Clang node and seeing which
ones applied to external definitions in general.

There is one regression in quality here: the generated struct is no
longer printed as part of the Swift interface for a header file, since
it's not actually a decl with a corresponding Clang node. The previous
change to AST printing mitigates this a little by at least indicating
that the enum has become a nested "Code" type.

8fe8b89b0f SIL: Terminology change: [fragile] => [serialized]
Also, add a third [serializable] state for functions whose bodies we
*can* serialize, but only do so if they're referenced from another
serialized function.

This will be used for bodies synthesized for imported definitions,
such as init(rawValue:), etc, and various thunks, but for now this
change is NFC.

b4cf37bf7d Sema: several improvements on missing switch cases diagnostics. (#8026)
1. Make sure the actions taken by fixits are reflected in diagnostics messages.
2. Issue missing cases diagnostics at the start of the switch statement instead of its end.
3. Use <#code#> instead of <#Code#> in the stub.
