Curried function parameters (i.e., those past the first written
parameter list) default to having argument labels (which they always
have), but any attempt to change or remove the argument labels would
fail. Use the fact that we keep both the argument labels and the
parameter names in patterns to generalize our handling of argument
labels to address this problem.
The IDE changes are due to some positive fallout from this change: we
were using the body parameters as labels in code completions for
subscript operations, which was annoying and wrong.

This affects the MacTypes.h header in the Darwin module as well as the
CarbonCore and OSServices sub-frameworks of the CoreServices framework.
API hidden in this way can still be accessed through qualified lookup
in case it's really needed, but will not appear in the module interface
or in code completion.
This is a hack, and it would be nice to remove it if/when all of this API
is officially marked as deprecated. I did check with Nick for MacTypes.h
and Chris Linn from CoreServices that this was a reasonable action to take.

Objective-C method unintended override checking is one such case where
properly checking unintended overrides requires us to essentially look
at the whole module, because one translation unit may declare
something that produces an Objective-C method "setFoo:" in a
superclass while another translation unit declares something with a
distinct name that produces an Objective-C method "setFoo:". So, when
we don't have a primary file (e.g., when we're doing the merge-module
step), delay such checks until after all the source files for the
module have been type-checked. When there is a primary file, we
perform the checking that we can based on type checking that primary
file (and whatever got touched along the way), so we get a subset of
the proper diagnostics.

This change adds infrastructure to represent inline markup in the AST,
implements parsing of some of the inline markup (*emphasis*, **strong
emphasis**, `interpreted text`, ``inline literal``), and XML generation
for these constructs for SourceKit clients to consume.
The parsing itself is incomplete for constructs not mentioned above.
Most notably, we don't parse hyperlinks, and we don't parse the
double-colon that changes the next paragraph into a literal block.
