7cceaff5f3 SIL: don't print operand types in textual SIL
Type annotations for instruction operands are omitted, e.g.

```
  %3 = struct $S(%1, %2)
```

Operand types are redundant anyway and were only used for sanity checking in the SIL parser.

But: operand types _are_ printed if the definition of the operand value was not printed yet.
This happens:

* if the block with the definition appears after the block where the operand's instruction is located

* if a block or instruction is printed in isolation, e.g. in a debugger

The old behavior can be restored with `-Xllvm -sil-print-types`.
This option is added to many existing test files which check for operand types in their check-lines.

27787e0721 SIL: @objc thunks should have private SIL linkage
Previously we gave them the same SIL linkage as the method, then changed
the LLVM IR linkage to 'internal' (which is roughly equivalent to
SIL 'private') in IRGen.

This would crash in the SIL verifier if an @objc method was
'@_alwaysEmitIntoClient'. While such a combination of attributes is
silly since '@objc' methods are intrinsically part of the ABI, we
should not crash in this case.

The simplest fix is to just set the linkage to private at the SIL
level, avoiding the IRGen hack entirely.

f854547c55 [ownership] Enable ownership verification by default.
I also removed the -verify-sil-ownership flag in favor of a disable flag
-disable-sil-ownership-verifier. I used this on only two tests that still need
work to get them to pass with ownership, but whose problems are well understood,
small corner cases. I am going to fix them in follow on commits. I detail them
below:

1. SILOptimizer/definite_init_inout_super_init.swift. This is a test case where
DI is supposed to error. The only problem is that we crash before we error since
the code emitting by SILGen to trigger this error does not pass ownership
invariants. I have spoken with JoeG about this and he suggested that I fix this
earlier in the compiler. Since we do not run the ownership verifier without
asserts enabled, this should not affect compiler users. Given that it has
triggered DI errors previously I think it is safe to disable ownership here.

2. PrintAsObjC/extensions.swift. In this case, the signature generated by type
lowering for one of the thunks here uses an unsafe +0 return value instead of
doing an autorelease return. The ownership checker rightly flags this leak. This
is going to require either an AST level change or a change to TypeLowering. I
think it is safe to turn this off since it is such a corner case that it was
found by a test that has nothing to do with it.

0dfaa19f9f [ownership] Rename enable-sil-ownership => verify-sil-ownership.
I have been meaning to do this change for a minute, but kept on putting it off.
This describes what is actually happening and is a better name for the option.

7da688d75a Always manage subobject projections with formal-access cleanups.
To make that work, enter appropriate scopes (ArgumentScopes and
FormalEvaluationScopes) at a bunch of places. But note that l-value
emission generally can't enter such a scope, so in generic routines
like emitOpenExistentialExpr we have to just assert that we're
already in a scope.

c599539044 [sil] Eliminate the src parameter from end_borrow.
This does not eliminate the entrypoints on SILBuilder yet. I want to do this in
two parts so that it is functionally easier to disentangle changing the APIs
above SILBuilder and changing the underlying instruction itself.

cb80f65f1e Remove plus_zero_test,plus_one_test from lit tests since they are no longer needed.
I am going to leave in the infrastructure around this just in case. But there is
no reason to keep this in the tests themselves. I can always just revert this
and I don't think merge conflicts are likely due to previous work I did around
the tooling for this.

3d5f979dae [silgen] Perform a borrow when the native inputs require a guaranteed argument for a objc thunk.
In the case where we already have a guaranteed value, the borrow operation will
just return the guaranteed manage value. Thus it is ok to always just perform
the borrow unconditionally.

0bf0acd7f2 [ownership-verifier] Make unchecked_enum_data a propagating instruction.
This allows for an unchecked_enum_data to be either a consumed instruction or a
borrowed instruction. The reason why this makes sense in contrast to other value
projection operations like struct_extract and tuple_extract is that an enum
payload is essentially a tuple. This means that we are extracting the entire
value when we perform a struct_extract. So forwarding is viable from a semantic
perspective since if we destroy the payload, there is nothing left to destroy.

This contrasts with struct_extract and tuple_extract where we may have other
parts of the struct/tuple to destroy.

2ccc251888 [semantic-arc] In SILGen always assign a copy_value's argument to its result.
This ensures that ownership is properly propagated forward through the use-def
graph.

This was the work that was stymied by issues relating to SILBuilder performing
local ARC dataflow. I ripped out that local dataflow in 6f4e2ab and added a
cheap ARC guaranteed dataflow pass that performs the same optimization.

Also in the process of doing this work, I found that there were many SILGen
tests that were either pattern matching in the wrong functions or had wrong
CHECK lines (for instance CHECK_NEXT). I fixed all of these issues and also
expanded many of the tests so that they verify ownership. The only work I left
for a future PR is that there are certain places in tests where we are using the
projection from an original value, instead of a copy. I marked those with a
message SEMANTIC ARC TODO so that they are easy to find.
