llvm-project commit 1813652b0398345c4b4407d5fd5ffb749830fdd4 removed the
prologue_end, so this test started failing. That directive is now
annotated with `is_stmt 0`.
And include some supplementary mangling changes:
- Give the first generic param (depth=0, index=0) a single character mangling. Even after removing the self type from method declaration types, 'Self' still shows up very frequently in protocol requirement signatures.
- Fix the mangling of generic parameter counts to elide the count when there's only one parameter at the starting depth of the mangling.
Together these carve another 154KB out of a debug standard library. There's some awkwardness in demangled strings that I'll clean up in subsequent commits; since decl types now only mangle the number of generic params at their own depth, it's context-dependent what depths those represent, which we get wrong now. Currying markers are also wrong, but since free function currying is going away, we can mangle the partial application thunks in different ways.

prologue is handled in the line table.
We now mark the first instruction after the stack setup as end_prologue and
any further initilizations (which may include function calls to metadata
accessors) with line 0 which lldb will skip. This allows swiftc to emit
debug info for compiler-generated functions such as metadata accessors.
Mixing debug and non-debug functions is not very well supported by LLVM
and the resulting line table makes it impossible for LLDB to determine
where a function with debug info ends and a nondebug function starts.

Most tests were using %swift or similar substitutions, which did not
include the target triple and SDK. The driver was defaulting to the
host OS. Thus, we could not run the tests when the standard library was
not built for OS X.
Swift SVN r24504
This is needed for tests which define internal functions which should not be eliminated.
So far this was not needed because of a hack which prevented whole-module-optimizations for tests.
Swift SVN r22658
Eliminate the intermediate top_level_code function. Now that SIL is expressive enough to express a "main" function, there's no reason for it, and this eliminates a bunch of mystery code in IRGen to thunk from main to top_level_code by reaching for hardcoded symbol names. Demystify the special code for setting up C_ARGC and C_ARGV by having SILGen look for a transparent "_didEnterMain" hook in the stdlib and emit a call to it.
Swift SVN r22525
Introduces a new flag in SILLocation: InPrologue to mark instructions
that setup the stack and allocate storage for local variables/arguments.
Fixes rdar://problem/15290023: Breakpoint set on prologue - crash ensues.
