Egor Zhdan	b16816b4ee	[cxx-interop] Disable test with an older runtime ... 848fad00 introduced support for printing foreign reference types. It changes both the compiler and the runtime, and having the runtime change applied is required for the test to pass. Let's not try to run it with an old runtime. susmonteiro	d81d6547ba	[cxx-interop] Fix metadata mismatch regarding fields of structs ... In https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/pull/78467 and https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/pull/78961, we stopped emitting metadata for private C++ fields.
