e5eb15dcbe Swift SIL: replace the set_deallocating instruction with begin_dealloc_ref
Codegen is the same, but `begin_dealloc_ref` consumes the operand and produces a new SSA value.
This cleanly splits the liferange to the region before and within the destructor of a class.

fd4828e40a Eliminate -assume-parsing-unqualified-ownership-sil from tests.
I am doing this separately from the actual change to eliminate the option to
make it easier to review.

99a9ed5535 SIL: remove the pinning instructions: strong_pin, strong_unpin, is_unique_or_pinned
They are not used anymore after removing the pinning addressors.

301d9f0cf3 AST: Give destructors a second parameter list
Constructors and methods had two parameter lists, one for self and one
for the formal parameters. Destructors only had one parameter list,
which introduced an annoying corner case.

1beb75583a Push FunctionTypeRepr Input Invariants Up
Validation of the input side of FunctionTypeRepr was previously being done in Sema because of expression folding. If we instead push the invariant that the input TypeRepr should always be a TupleTypeRepr into the AST a number of nice cleanups fall out:

- The SIL Parser no longer accepts Swift 2-style type declarations
- Parse is more cleanly able to reject invalid FunctionTypeReprs
- Clients of the AST can be assured the input type is always a TupleType so we can flush Swift 2 hacks

ca67b43bf2 SIL: Print the '@' prefix for function names in sil_vtables.
This is needed for supporting $-prefixed SIL names and it's also consistent with the witness table syntax.

ab3f77baf2 Make SILInstruction no longer a subclass of ValueBase and
introduce a common superclass, SILNode.

This is in preparation for allowing instructions to have multiple
results. It is also a somewhat more elegant representation for
instructions that have zero results. Instructions that are known
to have exactly one result inherit from a class, SingleValueInstruction,
that subclasses both ValueBase and SILInstruction. Some care must be
taken when working with SILNode pointers and testing for equality;
please see the comment on SILNode for more information.

A number of SIL passes needed to be updated in order to handle this
new distinction between SIL values and SIL instructions.

Note that the SIL parser is now stricter about not trying to assign
a result value from an instruction (like 'return' or 'strong_retain')
that does not produce any.
