332136c419 Sema: Don't emit stubs to override inaccessible superclass initializers
There was a behavioral difference between binary modules and textual interfaces.
Since a binary module includes information about all members, including private
and internal members, we would emit overrides for all designated initializers
when subclassing a class, including those we cannot access.

This was problematic because then we reference the superclass initializer's
method descriptor, which had to be forced to have public linkage so that the
subclass could reference it.

However a textual interface only includes public members so any such
initializers were simply dropped. The IRGen hack is thus no longer necessary
when textual interfaces are used.

In reality neither behavior is correct because the presence of inaccessible
initializers should inhibit the inheritance of any designated initializer;
however I'm going to try to fix that separately since it is a source breaking
change and thus needs to be staged in as a warning. The latter fix is
tracked by <rdar://problem/51249311>.

b80618fc80 Replace materializeForSet with the modify coroutine.
Most of this patch is just removing special cases for materializeForSet
or other fairly mechanical replacements. Unfortunately, the rest is
still a fairly big change, and not one that can be easily split apart
because of the quite reasonable reliance on metaprogramming throughout
the compiler. And, of course, there are a bunch of test updates that
have to be sync'ed with the actual change to code-generation.

This is SR-7134.

be568902f2 [ownership] Always print out ownership argument annotations whether or not -enable-sil-ownership is passed in.
This is how we originally controlled whether or not we printed out ownership
annotations when we printed SIL. Since then, I have changed (a few months ago I
believe) the ownership model eliminator to know how to eliminate these
annotations from the SIL itself. So this hack can be removed.

As an additional benefit, this will let me rename -enable-sil-ownership to
-enable-sil-ownership-verifier. This will I hope eliminate confusion around this
option in the short term while I am preparing to work on semantic sil again.

560c22b18e [tests] Verify the libSyntax tree on SILGen tests
The SILGen testsuite consists of valid Swift code covering most language
features. We use these tests to verify that no unknown nodes are in the
file's libSyntax tree. That way we will (hopefully) catch any future
changes or additions to the language which are not implemented in
libSyntax.

556d35d9b1 SIL: Record whether vtable entries are inherited or overridden
Consider a class hierarchy like the following:

class Base {
  func m1() {}
  func m2() {}
}

class Derived : Base {
  override func m2() {}
  func m3() {}
}

The SIL vtable for 'Derived' now records that the entry for m1
is inherited, the entry for m2 is an override, and the entry
for m3 is a new entry:

sil_vtable Derived {
  #Base.m1!1: (Base) -> () -> () : _T01a4BaseC2m1yyF [inherited]
  #Base.m2!1: (Base) -> () -> () : _T01a7DerivedC2m2yyF [override]
  #Derived.m3!1: (Derived) -> () -> () : _T01a7DerivedC2m3yyF
}

This additional information will allow IRGen to emit the vtable
for Derived resiliently, without referencing the symbol for
the inherited method m1() directly.

789646a15b Demangling: Make demangled names more readable and further reduce the size of the simplified demangled names
The goal here is to make the short demangling as short and readable as possible, also at the cost of omitting some information.
The assumption is that whenever the short demangling is displayed, there is a way for the user to also get the full demangled name if needed.

*) omit <where ...> because it does not give useful information anyway

Deserializer.deserialize<A where ...> () throws -> [A]
--> Deserializer.deserialize<A> () throws -> [A]

*) for multiple specialized functions only emit a single “specialized”

specialized specialized Constructible.create(A.Element) -> Constructible<A>
--> specialized Constructible.create(A.Element) -> Constructible<A>

*) Don’t print function argument types:

foo(Int, Double, named: Int)
--> foo(_:_:named:)

This is a trade-off, because it can lead to ambiguity if there are overloads with different types.

*) make contexts of closures, local functions, etc. more readable by using “<a> in <b>” syntax
This is also done for the full and not only for the simplified demangling.

Renderer.(renderInlines([Inline]) -> String).(closure #1)
--> closure #1 in Renderer.renderInlines

*) change spacing, so that it matches our coding style:

foo <A> (x : A)
--> foo<A>(x: A)

3620aee91c Sema: Fix for derived classes where the base class has inaccessible initializers
If the base class is in a different module and defines an internal
initializer, or it is in a different file and defines a private
initializer, the subclass cannot access this initializer.

Fix this by insisting on synthesizing initializers even if they
override an internal or private initializer in the base class.
In this case, synthesize them as a stub instead of a chaining
initializer. They cannot be called, and they cannot reference
the superclass initializer, so a stub is appropriate here.

Also in SILGen, emit vtable entries for stub initializers unless
they are overriding an Objective-C initializer.

2368ce774b Remove self types from mangling by default.
And include some supplementary mangling changes:

- Give the first generic param (depth=0, index=0) a single character mangling. Even after removing the self type from method declaration types, 'Self' still shows up very frequently in protocol requirement signatures.
- Fix the mangling of generic parameter counts to elide the count when there's only one parameter at the starting depth of the mangling.

Together these carve another 154KB out of a debug standard library. There's some awkwardness in demangled strings that I'll clean up in subsequent commits; since decl types now only mangle the number of generic params at their own depth, it's context-dependent what depths those represent, which we get wrong now. Currying markers are also wrong, but since free function currying is going away, we can mangle the partial application thunks in different ways.

Those destructors are not referenced anywhere else in the SIL, but are used in the metadata

47658c87eb Start mangling names of private declarations specially.
We currently mangle private declarations exactly like public declarations,
which means that private entities with the same name and same type will
have the same symbol even if defined in separate files.

This commit introduces a new mangling production, private-decl-name, which
includes a discriminator string to identify the file a decl came from.
Actually producing a unique string has not yet been implemented, nor
serialization, nor lookup using such a discriminator.
