7cceaff5f3 SIL: don't print operand types in textual SIL
Type annotations for instruction operands are omitted, e.g.

```
  %3 = struct $S(%1, %2)
```

Operand types are redundant anyway and were only used for sanity checking in the SIL parser.

But: operand types _are_ printed if the definition of the operand value was not printed yet.
This happens:

* if the block with the definition appears after the block where the operand's instruction is located

* if a block or instruction is printed in isolation, e.g. in a debugger

The old behavior can be restored with `-Xllvm -sil-print-types`.
This option is added to many existing test files which check for operand types in their check-lines.

9e13779702 [ownership] Remove most -enable-sil-ownership from SILGen now that %target-swift-emit-silgen does it automatically.
I did this using a sed pattern and verified by hand that I was only touching
target-swift-emit-silgen lines.

f232af5535 [Mangling] Allow standard substitutions in protocol mangling.
Protocol name mangling didn’t always go through a path that allowed the use
of standard substitutions. Enable standard substitutions for protocol name
manglings where they make sense.

560c22b18e [tests] Verify the libSyntax tree on SILGen tests
The SILGen testsuite consists of valid Swift code covering most language
features. We use these tests to verify that no unknown nodes are in the
file's libSyntax tree. That way we will (hopefully) catch any future
changes or additions to the language which are not implemented in
libSyntax.

8f26fb88d4 [Mangling] Improve handling of the variadic function parameters
Currently when function types like `(_: Int...) -> Void` are mangled
their names are going to include enclosing sugar BoundGenericType(Array),
which is not necessary and doesn’t play well with `AnyFunctionType::Param`
which strips the sugar away.

7bf3b90b62 SIL: Split off objc_method / objc_super_method from class_method / super_method
This replaces the '[volatile]' flag. Now, class_method and
super_method are only used for vtable dispatch.

The witness_method instruction is still overloaded for use
with both ObjC protocol requirements and Swift protocol
requirements; the next step is to make it only mean the
latter, also using objc_method for ObjC protocol calls.

630a321a2e [sil] When printing out SILFunctions add a // end sil function comment after the closing brace of the SILFunction.
This ensures that we can write FileCheck patterns that match the end of sil
functions. Just using a FileCheck pattern against a brace is not sufficient in
the context of checking the SIL emitted by SILGen. This is because we could match a
different function's body and match the closing brace against the other
function's end brace.

With this change, one can be specific by checking:

// CHECK: } {{.*}} end sil function '<mangled name>'

The inspiration for this change is rdar://28685236. While updating SILGen tests
for that I have found many instances of SILGen tests pattern matching against
the wrong function bodies. This change will allow me to eliminate these problems
robustly.

5aa40dd0aa Extend DefaultArgumentKind with cases for nil, [], and [:].
Under -enable-infer-default-arguments, the Clang importer infers some
default arguments for imported declarations. Rather than jumping
through awful hoops to make sure that we create default argument
generators (which will likely imply eager type checking), simply
handle these cases as callee-side expansions.

This makes -enable-infer-default-arguments usable, fixing
