Type annotations for instruction operands are omitted, e.g.
```
%3 = struct $S(%1, %2)
```
Operand types are redundant anyway and were only used for sanity checking in the SIL parser.
But: operand types _are_ printed if the definition of the operand value was not printed yet.
This happens:
* if the block with the definition appears after the block where the operand's instruction is located
* if a block or instruction is printed in isolation, e.g. in a debugger
The old behavior can be restored with `-Xllvm -sil-print-types`.
This option is added to many existing test files which check for operand types in their check-lines.
SILInstruction::clone doesn't know how to clone instructions that produce
the archetype uuid. SILCloner is equipped to handle such instructions.
Optimizations like LoopRotate use SILInstruction::clone and will be
incorrect for such instructions.

The old syntax was
@opened("UUID") constraintType
Where constraintType was the right hand side of a conformance requirement.
This would always create an archetype where the interface type was `Self`,
so it couldn't cope with member types of opened existential types.
Member types of opened existential types is now a thing with SE-0309, so
this lack of support prevented writing SIL test cases using this feature.
The new syntax is
@opened("UUID", constraintType) interfaceType
The interfaceType is a type parameter rooted in an implicit `Self`
generic parameter, which is understood to be the underlying type of the
existential.
Fixes rdar://problem/93771238.
This avoids significant code size regressions if the loop block to be duplicated is very large.
Also remove the ShouldRotate option. It's not needed anymore as disabling the pass can be done by -sil-disable-pass.
rdar://problem/33970453
As a structural SIL property, we disallow address-type block
arguments. Supporting them would prevent reliably reasoning about the
underlying storage of memory access. This reasoning is important for
diagnosing violations of memory access rules and supporting future
optimizations such as bitfield packing. Address-type block arguments
also create unnecessary complexity for SIL optimization passes that
need to reason about memory aliasing.
This must be enforced in RAW SIL for diagnosing exclusive memory
access. The optimizer currently breaks the invariant in three places:
1. Normal Simplify CFG during conditional branch simplification
(sneaky jump threading).
2. Simplify CFG via Jump Threading.
3. Loop Rotation.
This replaces the '[volatile]' flag. Now, class_method and
super_method are only used for vtable dispatch.
The witness_method instruction is still overloaded for use
with both ObjC protocol requirements and Swift protocol
requirements; the next step is to make it only mean the
latter, also using objc_method for ObjC protocol calls.
Once we move to a copy-on-write implementation of existential value buffers we
can no longer consume or destroy values of an opened existential unless the
buffer is uniquely owned.
Therefore we need to track the allowed operation on opened values.
Add qualifiers "mutable_access" and "immutable_access" to open_existential_addr
instructions to indicate the allowed access to the opened value.
Once we move to a copy-on-write implementation, an "open_existential_addr
mutable_access" instruction will ensure unique ownership of the value buffer.
Textual SIL was sometimes ambiguous when SILDeclRefs were used, because the textual representation of SILDeclRefs was the same for functions that have the same name, but different signatures.

Use a syntax that declares the layout's generic parameters and fields,
followed by the generic arguments to apply to the layout:
{ var Int, let String } // A concrete box layout with a mutable Int
// and immutable String field
<T, U> { var T, let U } <Int, String> // A generic box layout,
// applied to Int and String
// arguments
It is important to call doPreProcess to correctly setup the available opened archetypes which were referenced from the original instruction being copied.
This fixes a concrete bug in LoopRotate optimization and potential bugs related to cloning.

And use project_box to get to the address value.
SILGen now generates a project_box for each alloc_box.
And IRGen re-uses the address value from the alloc_box if the operand of project_box is an alloc_box.
This lets the generated code be the same as before.
Other than that most changes of this (quite large) commit are straightforward.
