Erik Eckstein	6c85f267bf	SimplifyCFG: fix a crash caused by an unreachable CFG cycles with block arguments. ... When SimplifyCFG (temporarily) produces an unreachable CFG cycle, some other transformations in SimplifyCFG didn't deal with this situation correctly.
