The old syntax was
@opened("UUID") constraintType
Where constraintType was the right hand side of a conformance requirement.
This would always create an archetype where the interface type was `Self`,
so it couldn't cope with member types of opened existential types.
Member types of opened existential types is now a thing with SE-0309, so
this lack of support prevented writing SIL test cases using this feature.
The new syntax is
@opened("UUID", constraintType) interfaceType
The interfaceType is a type parameter rooted in an implicit `Self`
generic parameter, which is understood to be the underlying type of the
existential.
Fixes rdar://problem/93771238.
Clean up a thinko in the original deserialization code by making
the TypeDeserializer aware of parameterized existential types. The
deserialization code paths are already in place, we're just not
calling them!

The `__future__` we relied on is now, where the 3 specific things are
all included [since Python 3.0](https://docs.python.org/3/library/__future__.html):
* absolute_import
* print_function
* unicode_literals
* division
These import statements are no-ops and are no longer necessary.
Write the real module name for XRefs in swiftmodule files instead of the
exported module name, from `export_as` declarations in module maps.
Swiftmodule files are internal details now, they should represent the
truth.
We keep using the exported module name for the extensions lookup table
as clients should still use the exported name. However we may need to
write both alternatives in the lookup table in the future if extensions
can't be found from clients not importing the exported as module.
rdar://90272035
The main point of this change is to make sure that a shared function always has a body: both, in the optimizer pipeline and in the swiftmodule file.
This is important because the compiler always needs to emit code for a shared function. Shared functions cannot be referenced from outside the module.
In several corner cases we missed to maintain this invariant which resulted in unresolved-symbol linker errors.
As side-effect of this change we can drop the shared_external SIL linkage and the IsSerializable flag, which simplifies the serialization and linkage concept.

[Distributed] Implement func metadata and executeDistributedTarget
dont expose new entrypoints
able to get all the way to calling _execute
This adds tracking of the vtable holes due to a failure to deserialize
vtable entries. This allows for the user to be able to identify what
member failed to be deserialied and can aid in understanding why an
`open` class may not be subclassed.
Future improvements here would allow tracing the XRefPath which failed
to be deserialied. However, this still provides an improvement over the
existing experience where there is no available information on why the
class cannot be inherited from.
Introduce a new instruction `dealloc_stack_ref ` and remove the `stack` flag from `dealloc_ref`.
The `dealloc_ref [stack]` was confusing, because all it does is to mark the deallocation of the stack space for a stack promoted object.

The concurrency runtime now deploys back to macOS 10.15, iOS 13.0, watchOS 6.0, tvOS 13.0, which corresponds to the 5.1 release of the stdlib.
Adjust macro usages accordingly.
When querying the attr from a serialized decl, dependning on deserialization order, getting its source-location may launch into arbitrary type-checking when querying interface types of such decls. Which, in turn, may do things like query (to print) USRs. This ends up being prone to request evaluator cycles.
Because this only applies to serialized decls, we can be confident that they already fell through this checking as primaries, so, for now, to avoid cycles, we simply ignore the source location on serialized decls only.
Long-term, we are planning to remove the `merge-modules` jobs, which will help with not having to deal with this scenario.
Alternatively, we would need to ensure that at decl deserialization time we cache the `GlobalActorAttributeRequest` when we see this attribute, but this would require further surgery to either serialization format or the `GlobalActorAttr` model, because such caching requires access to the `DeclID` of the global actor being referenced, which is not currently easily accessible.

Cross-module incremental builds require a stable source of fingerprint
information for iterable decl contexts. This is provided by the
incremental frontends when they produce partial swift module files.
Embedded in these files is a table of fingerprints, which are consumed
by merge-modules to construct a module-wide dependency graph that is
then serialized into the final merged swift module file. Unfortunately,
the implementation here iterated through the files in the module and
asked for the first fingerprint that would load for a particular
iterable decl context. If (more likely, when) the DeclID for that
serialized iterable decl context collided with another DeclID in the
wrong file, we would load that fingerprint instead.
Locate up to the module-scope context for an iterable decl context and
only load the fingerprint from there. This ensures that the fingerprints
in the partial modules matches the fingerprints in the merged modules.

Introduce a new compiler flag `-module-abi-name <name>` that uses the
given name as the ABI name for the module (rather than the module's
name in source code). The ABI name impacts name mangling and metadata.
This patch updates the `actor class` spelling to `actor` in almost all
of the tests. There are places where I verify that we sanely handle
`actor` as an attribute though. These include:
- test/decl/class/actor/basic.swift
- test/decl/protocol/special/Actor.swift
- test/SourceKit/CursorInfo/cursor_info_concurrency.swift
- test/attr/attr_objc_async.swift
- test/ModuleInterface/actor_protocol.swift
