ee250606f4 FrontendOpts: teach the compiler to accept project name via an argument
the blocklist mechanism supports using project name as a key for specific actions.
We usually retrieve that name via other means such as querying env vars, which isn't CAS friendly.
Instead, we should pass the ownining project name down to the compiler via a formal compiler
argument.

5b49a04ddc New assertions support
This adds three new assertion macros:
* `ASSERT` - always compiled in, always checked
* `CONDITIONAL_ASSERT` - always compiled in, checked whenever the `-compiler-assertions` flag is provided
* `DEBUG_ASSERT` - only compiled into debug builds, always checked when compiled in (functionally the same as Standard C `assert`)

The new `-compiler-assertions` flag is recognized by both `swift-frontend` and
`swiftc`.

The goal is to eventually replace every use of `assert` in the compiler with one of the above:
* Most assertions will use `ASSERT` (most assertions should always be present and checked, even in release builds)
* Expensive assertions can use `CONDITIONAL_ASSERT` to be suppressed by default
* A few very expensive and/or brittle assertions can use `DEBUG_ASSERT` to be compiled out of release builds

This should:
* Improve quality by catching errors earlier,
* Accelerate compiler triage and debugging by providing more accurate crash dumps by default, and
* Allow compiler engineers and end users alike to add `-compiler-assertions` to get more accurate failure diagnostics with any compiler

cf8187a4fe [ScanDependency] Pass crossimport overlay file to swift-frontend
Teach dependency scanner to pass cross import overlay file to
swift-frontend for main module compilation. This allows swift-frontend
not to repeat the file system search for overlay files when loading
modules.

This also fixes the issue when caching is enabled, the cross import
doesn't work when the first module is a clang module because the module
built with caching using clang include tree does not preserve
DefinitionLoc which is used to inferred the modulemap location for cross
import overlay search.

This change is two fold. Firstly it enables collection of exported
imports from non source file units. Additionally this recurses through
the exported imports to ensure the transitive set is collected.

1f14158a1d Introduce VisionOS Platform
This change introduces a new compilation target platform to the Swift compiler - visionOS.

- Changes to the compiler build infrastrucuture to support building compiler-adjacent artifacts and test suites for the new target.
- Addition of the new platform kind definition.
- Support for the new platform in language constructs such as compile-time availability annotations or runtime OS version queries.
- Utilities to read out Darwin platform SDK info containing platform mapping data.
- Utilities to support re-mapping availability annotations from iOS to visionOS (e.g. 'updateIntroducedPlatformForFallback', 'updateDeprecatedPlatformForFallback', 'updateObsoletedPlatformForFallback').
- Additional tests exercising platform-specific availability handling and availability re-mapping fallback code-path.
- Changes to existing test suite to accomodate the new platform.

acd0efa67f Migrate to common OptTable macros
`OptTable` was a source of consistent churn due to new arguments to the
`OPTION` macro. LLVM 3f092f37b7362447cbb13f5502dae4bdd5762afd extracted
the handling of the common option parts (eg. an ID and an info) out into
separate macros to reduce this - use those here (since unsurprisingly,
more arguments were added).

0e12f2042e [ScanDependency] Move binary module validation into scanner
Improve swift dependency scanner by validating and selecting dependency
module into scanner. This provides benefits that:
* Build system does not need to schedule interface compilation task if
the candidate module is picked, it can just use the candidate module
  directly.
* There is no need for forwarding module in the explicit module build.
Since the build system is coordinating the build, there is no need for
the forwarding module in the module cache to avoid duplicated work,
* This also correctly supports all the module loading modes in the
  dependency scanner.

This is achieved by only adding validate and up-to-date binary module as
the candidate module for swift interface module dependency. This allows
caching build to construct the correct dependency in the CAS. If there
is a candidate module for the interface module, dependency scanner will
return a binary module dependency in the dependency graph.

The legacy behavior is mostly preserved with a hidden frontend flag
`-no-scanner-module-validation`, while the scanner output is mostly
interchangeable with new scanner behavior with `prefer-interface` module
loading mode except the candidate module will not be returned.

54fd4b01b6 Add workaround flag for lazy import-as-member
In rdar://123649082, a project failed to build because of the lazy import-as-member loading changes in #71320. That project was configured in a way that broke modularization and the correct solution is to fix it, but out of an abundance of caution, add a `-disable-named-lazy-import-as-member-loading` frontend flag in case a project needs to temporarily restore the old behavior.

As a bonus, this lets us write a test to verify that lazy import-as-member loading has positive performance impact.

30669fca65 Currently when checking if resilience check can be bypassed within a package,
we only check if the loaded module is built from a package interface. This is
not enough as a binary module could just contain exportable decls if built with
experimental-skip-non-exportable-decls, essentially resulting in content equivalent
to interface content. This might be made a default behavior so this PR requires
a module to opt in to allow non-resilient access by a participating client in the
same package.

Since it affects module format, SWIFTMODULE_VERSION_MINOR is updated.

1a97803c8c Add flag for dumping ClangImporter lookup tables
ClangImporter’s SwiftLookupTables map Swift names to their corresponding Clang declarations. These tables are built into a module’s clang .pcm file and missing or inaccurate entries can cause name lookup to fail to find an imported declaration.

Swift has always included a helper function that would dump these tables, and swift-ide-test has a command-line switch that would invoke it, but these tools are clumsy to use in many debugging scenarios. Add a frontend flag that dumps the tables at the end of the frontend job, making it a lot easier to get at this information in the context of a specific compilation.

72da8f4e9c Serialization: Skip invalid decls during module serialization.
When `-enable-lazy-typecheck` is specified, serialization may be expected to
run on an AST containing invalid declarations since type checking may happen
on-demand, during serialization, in this mode. If the declarations that are
invalid are not skipped, then the compiler is likely to crash when attempting
to serialize them. Now, invalid declarations are skipped and an error is
emitted at the end of serialization to note that serialization failed.

Additionally, a new `-Rmodule-serialization` flag can be specified to request
more detailed information about module serialization failures. This would be
useful in a situation where lazy typechecking does not produce any diagnostic
for some reason, but module serialization fails and more information is
therefore required to debug.
