Mostly this just means adding `Musl` as a module dependency of various
things and making sure that we build things for `swift_static` even
if `SWIFT_BUILD_STATIC_STDLIB` isn't enabled.
There's also a slight difference in the declaration of `memcmp()`;
musl's declaration is more like the one we have on Darwin.

This patch fixes the location of the llvm remote inspection headers for
MSVC header lookup. MSVC appears to search in the directory of the
current header before returning to the specified header search
directories. When building SwiftRemoteMirror, the file contains a
reference to `swift/RemoteInspection/ReflectionContext.h`. Under
RelfectionContext.h, there is an include of "llvm/BinaryFormat/COFF.h".
Because there is an `llvm` and `llvm-c` directory inside of
`swift/RemoteInspection/`, and `ReflectionContext.h` is in that
directory, MSVC is expanding the `COFF.h` inside of the
RemoteInspection headers instead of the copy in LLVM itself, resulting
in eventually finding usages of `countPopulation` instead of using the
new `llvm::popcount` API, ultimately resulting in a build failure.
The fix is to ensure that the `llvm` header directory does not live
immediately next to the headers in RemoteInspection, but instead offset
them by one. The LLVM headers copied into RemoteInspection are supposed
to be used when compiling the runtime libraries, so I chose the name
"RuntimeHeaders".
These headers need to be ahead of all the LLVM headers, which are added
before the flags are. Add a new parameter to pass through headers to add
as a prefix.

We don't want to directly include headers from the LLVM project, since they may change. Copy them locally and refer to them there instead.

Most of the new inspection logic is in Remote Mirror. New code in swift-inspect calls the new Remote Mirror functions and formats the resulting information for display.
Specific Remote Mirror changes:
* Add a call to check if a given metadata is an actor.
* Add calls to get information about actors and tasks.
* Add a `readObj` call to MemoryReader that combines the read and the cast, greatly simplifying code chasing pointers in the remote process.
* Add a generalized facility to the C shims that can allocate a temporary object that remains valid until at least the next call, which is used to return various temporary arrays from the new calls. Remove the existing `lastString` and `lastChunks` member variables in favor of this new facility.
Swift-inspect changes:
* Add a new dump-concurrency command.
* Add a new `ConcurrencyDumper.swift` file with the implementation. The dumper needs to do some additional work with the results from Remote Mirror to build up the task tree and this keeps it all organized.
* Extend `Inspector` to query the target's threads and fetch each thread's current task.
Concurrency runtime changes:
* Add `_swift_concurrency_debug` variables pointing to the various future adapters. Remote Mirror uses these to provide a better view of a tasks's resume pointer.

Rather than build multiple copies of LLVMSupport (4x!) build it one and
merge it into the various targets. This would ideally not be needed to
be named explicitly everywhere, but that requires using `add_library`
rather than `add_swift_target_library`.
Reduce LLVMSupport to the subset required for the runtime. This reduces
the TCB and the overheads of the runtime. The inline namespace's
preservation ensures that ODR violations do not occur.
This adds a new copy of LLVMSupport into the runtime. This is the final
step before changing the inline namespace for the runtime support. This
will allow us to avoid the ODR violations from the header definitions of
LLVMSupport.

Changes made to LLVMSupport from that revision:
process.inc forward declares `_beginthreadex` due to compilation issues due to custom flag handling
API changes required that we alter the `Deallocate` routine to account
for the alignment.
This is a temporary state, meant to simplify the process. We do not use
the entire LLVMSupport library and there is no value in keeping the
entire library. Subsequent commits will prune the library to the needs
for the runtime.
Separate out the host build of SwiftRemoteMirror from the "target" build
(the host for the standard library may be different from the host for
the compiler). Restructure the build to ensure that we use the correct
compiler for building the SwiftRemoteMirror for the host. This fixes a
build issue when building for Linux AArch64.
There are situations where you want to build against a libc that is out
of tree or that is not the system libc (Or for cross build scenarios).
This is a change for passing the -sdk and include paths for things like
this.
We were previously treating all the builds as shared, which is not the
case for the host library build of SwiftRemoteMirror. The warnings were
lost in the interminable spew from the build which is now fixed and this
stands out.
Seems that the change in the two variables was spilling into the other
target of the file, but returning it back to the original values seems
to avoid that issue.
This should unbreak the Android CI build. In it, the Linux static
library was changing to the host compiler, and that compiler was being
used for the Android runtime library, which would have never compile
that way (since the host compiler in CI is an old-ish Clang without the
necessary argument).
This adds an explicit version of the SwiftRemoteMirror library for use
in the tools that comprise the toolchain. This is a separate build from
the target specific builds of the library even though we may be building
the runtime for the (same) host.
The key thing here is that all of the underlying code is exactly the same. I
purposely did not debride anything. This is to ensure that I am not touching too
much and increasing the probability of weird errors from occurring. Thus the
exact same code should be executed... just the routing changed.
Mark the public interfaces with the appropriate visibility/dll storage.
This fixes an issue with the Windows build which keeps the
SwiftRemoteMirror.dll out of date constantly as no import library is
created. That occurs due to the fact that the library does not export
any interfaces.
Take the opportunity to move the public interfaces to protected
visibility on ELF.
Restructure the COFF metadata handling to use the linker section
grouping to emit section start/stop markers in the appropriate location.
This allows us to lookup the sections statically without having to the
walk the entire image structure.
Introduce a constructor for PE/COFF binaries. This will ensure that the
registration occurs for all modules appropriately. This should resolve
rdar://problem/19045112. The registration should occur prior to
`DllMain` being invoked from `DllMainCRTStartup`.
These changes caused a number of issues:
1. No debug info is emitted when a release-debug info compiler is built.
2. OS X deployment target specification is broken.
3. Swift options were broken without any attempt any recreating that
functionality. The specific option in question is --force-optimized-typechecker.
Such refactorings should be done in a fashion that does not break existing
users and use cases.

This patch splits add_swift_library into two functions one which handles
the simple case of adding a library that is part of the compiler being
built and the second handling the more complicated case of "target"
libraries, which may need to build for one or more targets.
The new add_swift_library is built using llvm_add_library, which re-uses
LLVM's CMake modules. In adapting to use LLVM's modules some of
add_swift_library's named parameters have been removed and
LINK_LIBRARIES has changed to LINK_LIBS, and LLVM_LINK_COMPONENTS
changed to LINK_COMPONENTS.
This patch also cleans up libswiftBasic's handling of UUID library and
headers, and how it interfaces with gyb sources.
add_swift_library also no longer has the FILE_DEPENDS parameter, which
doesn't matter because llvm_add_library's DEPENDS parameter has the same
behavior.
We want to be able to build a target with just the platform-specific
libswiftRemoteMirror library. This should be a change in build logic
for existing presets but allows for a separate preset to be defined
that just builds the library if/when it's necessary.
- Add --build-swift-remote-mirror option to build-script-impl
- Add swift-remote-mirror known install component.
- Only add SwiftRemoteMirror targets if SWIFT_BUILD_REMOTE_MIRROR is on.
- Move libswiftRemoteMirror into the swift-remote-mirror install component.
- Add swift-remote-mirror install components to existing presets.

This splits the `--build-swift-stdlib` and `--build-swift-sdk-overlay`
arguments into `dynamic` and `static` variants, which makes the
following build command possible:

--build-swift-static-stdlib=1 --build-swift-static-sdk-overlay=0
```
This command produces *only* static libraries for the stdlib, and no
SDK overlay libraries at all. Many other finely-grained build options
are now possible.
As a first step to allowing the build script to build *only*
static library versions of the stdlib, change `add_swift_library`
such that callers must pass in `SHARED`, `STATIC`, or `OBJECT_LIBRARY`.
Ideally, only these flags would be used to determine whether to
build shared, static, or object libraries, but that is not currently
the case -- `add_swift_library` also checks whether the library
`IS_STDLIB` before performing certain additional actions. This will be
cleaned up in a future commit.
Although this is a target library, it does not need to link against
the standard library, because it doesn't have any Swift content in
it. We need to add a separate build flag for having CMake content
because saying a library "IS_STDLIB" isn't correct for this case.
