...
A parse-only option is needed for parse performance tracking and the
current option also includes semantic analysis.

...
As proposed in SE-0107: UnsafeRawPointer.
"with" is considered a vacuous preposition. "to" implies direction.

Change the meaning of "if let x = foo()" back to Xcode 6.4 semantics. The compiler
...
includes a number of QoI things to help people write the correct code. I will commit
the testcase for it as the next patch.
The bulk of this patch is moving the stdlib, testsuite and validation testsuite to
the new syntax. I moved a few uses of "as" patterns back to as? expressions in the
stdlib as well.

When failing to find a suitable type witness, always record ErrorType.
...
Fixes the crash in rdar://problem/20564378. In these cases, we end up
swallowing some diagnostics. That will be addressed in a subsequent
commit.
