7499c222ee AST: Requestify lookup of protocol referenced by ImplementsAttr
Direct lookup relied in primary file checking to have filled in the
protocol type stored in the ImplementsAttr. This was already wrong
with multi-file test cases in non-WMO mode, and crashed in the
ASTPrinter if printing a declaration in a non-primary file.

I don't have a standalone test case that is independent of my
upcoming ASTPrinter changes, but this is a nice cleanup regardless.

2d5f33e2e3 Add @_used and @_section attributes for global variables and top-level functions (#65901)
* Add @_used and @_section attributes for global variables and top-level functions

This adds:
- @_used attribute that flags as a global variable or a top-level function as
  "do not dead-strip" via llvm.used, roughly the equivalent of
  __attribute__((used)) in C/C++.
- @_section("...") attribute that places a global variable or a top-level
  function into a section with that name, roughly the equivalent of
  __attribute__((section("..."))) in C/C++.

b958e43528 [Macros] Remove ModuleDecl::isInGeneratedBuffer.
This method was misleading. The majority of callers (all but one!) don't want
to unconditionally treat all locations in any macro expansion buffer the
same way, because the code also must handle nested macro expansions. There
is one part of SourceKit (and possibly others) that really do want to ignore
all macro expansions, but those can be handled within SourceKit / IDE code,
because I don't believe this utility is useful in the frontend.

ac73d48fed [Attr] Refactor retrieving original attributes
`decl->getOriginalAttrs()->getAttributes<...>` isn't safe in the current

0c3f538822 [AST] Allow ignoring macro expansions
Various requests expect to be walking over the current source file.
While we could add checks to all these to skip decls outside of the
current buffer, it's a little nicer to handle this during the walk
instead.

Allow ignoring nodes that are from macro expansions and add that flag to
the various walks that expect it.

Also add a new `getOriginalAttrs` that filters out attributes in
generated source.

3e6fdb8807 [NameLookup] The custom attribute lookup request only returns nominal types.
Macro attribute lookup is now implemented in ResolveMacroRequest, which happens
later because it needs overload resolution to resolve a custom attribute to a
macro decl.

81492d1d96 [Macros] Requestify member attribute macro expansion directly.
Having a request for semantic declaration attributes while still allowing
the original linked list to be mutated directly can cause use-after-frees
on pointers to old decl attributes. For now, introduce a request that
expands member attribute macros with a side effect of adding the new
attributes to the list. We can revisit this once attribute mutation via
getAttrs() is audited across the frontend.

2f170f6ecc [Sema] Introduce a requestified replacement for 'getAttrs'.
Introduce 'getSemanticAttrs', which is a requestified replacement for
'getAttrs'. Right now, AttachedSemanticAttrsRequest calls 'getAttrs',
meaning future additions or removals from the linked list will not be
reflected via 'getSemanticAttrs'. Callers of 'getAttrs' that rely on
mutation will need to turn the computation into a request and vend the
attributes through AttachedSemanticAttrsRequest.

f17b7c48bf [Macros] Freestanding declaration macros
Add support for freestanding declaration macros.

- Parse `@declaration` attribute.
- Type check and expand `MacroExpansionDecl`.

Known issues:
- Generic macros are not yet handled.
- Expansion does not work when the parent decl context is `BraceStmt`. Need to parse freestanding declaration macro expansions in `BraceStmt` as `MacroExpansionDecl`, and add expanded decls to name lookup.

6b61e37364 SILGen: Function availability for linkage should use @_backDeploy OS version if present.
When computing the availability of a `SILFunction` for linkage the OS version specified in the `@_backDeploy` attribute should be preferred over the version in the `@available` attribute. This ensures that the corresponding symbol is weakly linked when deploying to older OSes than the back deploy "before" version.

d222ac5f6e Sema: New syntax for @opened archetypes in textual SIL
The old syntax was

    @opened("UUID") constraintType

Where constraintType was the right hand side of a conformance requirement.

This would always create an archetype where the interface type was `Self`,
so it couldn't cope with member types of opened existential types.

Member types of opened existential types is now a thing with SE-0309, so
this lack of support prevented writing SIL test cases using this feature.

The new syntax is

    @opened("UUID", constraintType) interfaceType

The interfaceType is a type parameter rooted in an implicit `Self`
generic parameter, which is understood to be the underlying type of the
existential.

7b1d4df8bc ModuleInterface: Fix decl attribute corruption in private swiftinterfaces
Erroneous declaration attributes were sometimes being printed in the private swiftinterfaces of modules because the changes from https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/42276 were effectively corrupting the attribute list for any decl with sythesized conformances (e.g. `Equatable`, `Hashable`). It is necessary to clone the attributes before adding them to the synthesized conformance extension decls.

5fd941eb67 Add the @exclusivity attribute.

For completeness, also the `@exclusivity(checked)` variant is supported: it turns on exclusivity checking for specific variables if exclusivity enforcement is disabled by the command line option.
