6ee44f09b4 Introduce then statements
These allow multi-statement `if`/`switch` expression
branches that can produce a value at the end by
saying `then <expr>`. This is gated behind
`-enable-experimental-feature ThenStatements`
pending evolution discussion.

3e4bc82aa8 rename _forget to discard; deprecate _forget
SE-390 concluded with choosing the keyword discard rather than forget for
the statement that disables the deinit of a noncopyable type. This commit
adds parsing support for `discard self` and adds a deprecation warning for
`_forget self`.

f41ed5926b implement the forget statement
Currently, this is staged in as `_forget`,
as part of SE-390. It can only be used on
`self` for a move-only type within a consuming
method or accessor. There are other rules, see
Sema for the details.

A `forget self` really just consumes self and
performs memberwise destruction of its data.
Thus, the current expansion of this statement
just reuses what we inject into the end of a
deinit.

Parsing of `forget` is "contextual".
By contextual I mean that we do lookahead to
the next token and see if it's identifier-like.
If so, then we parse it as the `forget` statement.
Otherwise, we parse it as though "forget" is an
identifier as part of some expression.

This way, we won't introduce a source break for
people who wrote code that calls a forget
function.

This should make it seamless to change it from
`_forget` to `forget` in the future.

43e2d107e1 [SE-0276] Implement multi-pattern catch clauses
Like switch cases, a catch clause may now include a comma-
separated list of patterns. The body will be executed if any
one of those patterns is matched.

This patch replaces `CatchStmt` with `CaseStmt` as the children
of `DoCatchStmt` in the AST. This necessitates a number of changes
throughout the compiler, including:
- Parser & libsyntax support for the new syntax and AST structure
- Typechecking of multi-pattern catches, including those which
  contain bindings.
- SILGen support
- Code completion updates
- Profiler updates
- Name lookup changes

bf18697b4f parsing, typechecking, and SILGen for #assert
`#assert` is a new static assertion statement that will let us write
tests for the new constant evaluation infrastructure that we are working
on. `#assert` works by lowering to a `Builtin.poundAssert` SIL
instruction. The constant evaluation infrastructure will look for these
SIL instructions, const-evaluate their conditions, and emit errors if
the conditions are non-constant or false.

This commit implements parsing, typechecking and SILGen for `#assert`.

7a4aeed570 Implement generalized accessors using yield-once coroutines.
For now, the accessors have been underscored as `_read` and `_modify`.
I'll prepare an evolution proposal for this feature which should allow
us to remove the underscores or, y'know, rename them to `purple` and
`lettuce`.

`_read` accessors do not make any effort yet to avoid copying the
value being yielded. I'll work on it in follow-up patches.

Opaque accesses to properties and subscripts defined with `_modify`
accessors will use an inefficient `materializeForSet` pattern that
materializes the value to a temporary instead of accessing it in-place.
That will be fixed by migrating to `modify` over `materializeForSet`,
which is next up after the `read` optimizations.

SIL ownership verification doesn't pass yet for the test cases here
because of a general fault in SILGen where borrows can outlive their
borrowed value due to being cleaned up on the general cleanup stack
when the borrowed value is cleaned up on the formal-access stack.
Michael, Andy, and I discussed various ways to fix this, but it seems
clear to me that it's not in any way specific to coroutine accesses.

a0a16d78d2 Implement the do/catch statement. Tests to follow.
This patch also introduces some SILGen infrastructure for
dividing the function into "ordinary" and "postmatter"
sections, with error-handling-like stuff going into the
final section. Currently, this is largely undermined by
SILBuilder, but I'm going to fix that in a follow-up.

f83f94d9d8 Support build and target configurations
These changes add support for build and target configurations in the compiler.
Build and target configurations, combined with the use of #if/#else/#endif allow
for conditional compilation within declaration and statement contexts.

Build configurations can be passed into the compiler via the new '-D' flag, or
set within the LangOptions class. Target configurations are implicit, and
currently only "os" and "arch" are supported.

cb1f81db84 Make assignment an expression.
Change AssignStmt into AssignExpr; this will make assignment behave more consistently with assignment-like operators, and is a first step toward integrating '=' parsing with SequenceExpr resolution so that '=' can obey precedence rules. This also nicely simplifies the AST representation of c-style ForStmts; the initializer and increment need only be Expr* instead of awkward Expr*/AssignStmt* unions.

This doesn't actually change any user-visible behavior yet; AssignExpr is still only parsed at statement scope, and typeCheckAssignment is still segregrated from the constraint checker at large. (In particular, a PipeClosureExpr containing a single assign expr in its body still doesn't use the assign expr to resolve its own type.) The parsing issue will be addressed by handling '=' during SequenceExpr resolution. typeCheckAssignment can hopefully be reworked to work within the constraint checker too.

bfd2f85b5c Parse 'fallthrough' statements.
Create a new FallthroughStmt, which transfers control from a 'case' or 'default' block to the next 'case' or 'default' block within a switch. Implement parsing and sema for FallthroughStmt, which syntactically consists of a single 'fallthrough' keyword. Sema verifies that 'fallthrough' actually appears inside a switch statement and that there is a following case or default block to pass control to.

SILGen/IRGen support forthcoming.

062ad267c4 Value-only switch statements.
Implement switch statements with simple value comparison to get the drudge work of parsing and generating switches in place. Cases are checked using a '=~' operator to compare the subject of the switch to the value in the case. Unlike a C switch, cases each have their own scope and don't fall through. 'break' and 'continue' apply to an outer loop rather to the switch itself. Multiple case values can be specified in a comma-separated list, as in 'case 1, 2, 3, 4:'. Currently no effort is made to check for duplicate cases or to rank cases by match strength; cases are just checked in source order, and the first one wins (aside from 'default', which is branched to if all cases fail).

2f31759280 Remove SemiStmt class
We have no intention of ever supporting actual semicolon statements
(separators, statements no), nor do we ever want to because that would
mean the behavior of the program would potentially change if semicolons
were naively removed.

This patch tracks the trailing semicolon now in the decl/expr/stmt,
which will enable someone to write a good "swift indent" tool in the
future.
