81cf1d951d SIL: Remove -sil-link-all frontend flag
It was only used in a few tests. Those tests now use -emit-sil instead
of -emit-silgen, with some functions marked @_transparent and a few
CHECK: lines changed now that the mandatory optimizations get to run.

ca27e829ba Add a transform to help test lldb expression evaluation
The initial version of the debugger testing transform instruments
assignments in a way that allows the debugger to sanity-check its
expression evaluator.

Given an assignment expression of the form:

```
  a = b
```

The transform rewrites the relevant bits of the AST to look like this:

```
  { () -> () in
    a = b
    checkExpect("a", stringForPrintObject(a))
  }()
```

The purpose of the rewrite is to make it easier to exercise the
debugger's expression evaluator in new contexts. This can be automated
by having the debugger set a breakpoint on checkExpect, running `expr
$Varname`, and comparing the result to the expected value generated by
the runtime.

While the initial version of this testing transform only supports
instrumenting assignments, it should be simple to teach it to do more
interesting rewrites.

There's a driver script available in SWIFT_BIN_DIR/lldb-check-expect to
simplfiy the process of launching and testing instrumented programs.

b00ea61945 SILGen: Lower keypath references to other modules' properties and subscripts as external keypath components.
This way we'll link against the key path component the other module provides instead of making fragile assumptions about its current implementation. Since external keypath lowering isn't fully implemented elsewhere in the compiler, this is enabled behind a staging flag.

20cb3e3eb2 [driver] Add -working-directory option
Adds a -working-directory option which can be used to modify how
relative paths are resolved. It affects all other paths used in driver
options (controlled by a new ArgumentIsPath flag on options) as well as
the contents of output file maps and auxilliary file paths generated
implicitly by the compiler itself.

93956eb34b [code-complete] Put call-pattern heuristics under a flag
The original hope was we could make these heuristics really good, but
since that is not currently in sight (and may never be), we want to be
able to turn them off. For now, just plumb through an internal flag to
control the behaviour. A future change will customize the behaviour in
SourceKit.

b59c30c1af [SE-0143] Put conditional conformances behind an "experimental" flag.
Conditional conformances aren't quite ready yet for Swift 4.1, so
introduce the flag `-enable-experimental-conditional-conformances` to
enable conditional conformaces, and an error when one declares a
conditional conformance without specifying the flag.

Add this flag when building the standard library (which will vend
conditional conformances) and to all of the tests that need it.

Fixes rdar://problem/35728337.

5d5e6122f3 [GSB] Add verification of all generic signatures within a module.
Add a verification pass to ensure that all of the generic signatures in
a module are both minimal and canonical. The approach taken is quite
direct: for every (canonical) generic signature in the module, try
removing a single requirement and forming a new generic signature from
the result. If that new generic signature that provide the removed
requirement, then the original signature was not minimal.

Also canonicalize each resulting signature, to ensure that it meets the
requirements for a canonical signature.

Add a test to ensure that all of the generic signatures in the Swift
module are minimal and canonical, since they are ABI.

66085a8aef Save optimization remarks in an external YAML file
This brings the capability from clang to save remarks in an external YAML files.
YAML files can be viewed with tools like the opt-viewer.

Saving the remarks is activated with the new option -save-optimization-record.

Similarly to -emit-tbd, I've only added support for single-compile mode for now.
In this case the default filename is determined by
getOutputFilenameFromPathArgOrAsTopLevel, i.e. unless explicitly specified
with -save-optimization-record-path, the file is placed in the directory of the
main output file as <modulename>.opt.yaml.
