67b8c08ef1 SILLinker: convert an assert to a compiler error message
Having a wrong linkage can happen if the user "re-defines" an existing function with a wrong linkage, e.g. using `@_cdecl`.

c03abed00d Package optimization allows bypassing resilience, but that assumes the memory layout of the
decl being accessed is correct. When this assumption fails due to a deserialization error
of its members, the use site accesses the layout with a wrong field offset, resulting in
UB or a crash. The deserialization error is currently not caught at compile time due to
LangOpts.EnableDeserializationRecovery being enabled by default to allow for recovery of some
of the deserialization errors at a later time. In case of member deserialization, however,
it's not necessarily recovered later on.

This PR tracks whether member deserialization had an error by recursively loading members and
checking for deserialization error, and fails and emits a diagnostic. It provides a way to
prevent resilience bypassing when the deserialized decl's layout is incorrect.

79f6b07961 [CSApply] Mark self parameter as inout when base/self match on deep equality
If type equality check fails we need to check whether the types
are the same with deep equality restriction since `any Sendable`
to `Any` conversion is now supported in generic argument positions
of @preconcurrency declarations. i.e. referencing a member on
`[any Sendable]` if member declared in an extension that expects
`Element` to be equal to `Any`.

59e7c1b538 IRGen: special case VWT emission linkage computation
The well known builtin and structural types are strongly defined in the
runtime which is compacted into the standard library. Given that the VWT
is defined in the runtime, it is not visible to the Swift compilation
process and as we do not provide a Swift definition, we would previously
compute the linkage as being module external (`dllimport` for shared
library builds). This formed incorrect references to these variables and
would require thunking to adjust the references.

One special case that we add here is the "any function" type
representation (`@escaping () -> ()`) as we do use the VWT for this type
in the standard library but do not consider it part of the well known
builtin or structural type enumeration.

These errors were previously being swallowed by the build system and
thus escaped from being fixed when the other cases of incorrect DLL
storage were.

7ea778f3a0 Sema: Diagnose @backDeployed functions with missing bodies in swiftinterfaces.
A `@backDeployed` function printed in a `.swiftinterface` must have a function
body so that SILGen can emit a fallback copy to call when the back deployed
function is unavailable. Previously, the compiler would crash in SILGen when
compiling an interface containing a back deployed function without a body.

5c4406b5e8 Add an @_addressableForDependencies type attribute.
This attribute makes it so that a parameter of the annotated type, as well as
any type structurally containing that type as a field, becomes passed as
if `@_addressable` if the return value of the function has a dependency on
the parameter. This allows nonescapable values to take interior pointers into
such types.

3f0eb8ce2c Frontend: Fix -target-variant subarch normalization.
In https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/pull/77156, normalization was introduced
for -target-variant triples. That PR also caused -target-variant arguments to
be inherited from the main compilation options whenever building dependency
modules from their interfaces, which is incorrect. The -target-variant option
must only be specified when compiling a "zippered" module, but the dependencies
of zippered modules are not necessarily zippered themselves and
indiscriminantly propagating the option can cause miscompilation.

The new, more targeted approach to normalizing arm64e triples simply uses the
arch and subarch of the -target argument of the main compile to decide whether
the subarch of both the -target and -target-variant arguments of a dependency
need adjustment.

5d4239af57 [concurrency] Add new isolation kind CallerIsolationInheriting.

caller isolation inheriting.
