This will unblock parsing and type-checking availability queries that specify
custom availability domains, e.g.:
```
if #available(CustomDomain) {
// Use declarations protected by @available(CustomDomain)
}
```
Prior to the introduction of noncopyable generics, a ProtocolCompositionType
was 'simple' if it was exactly 'Any' or 'AnyObject'. Now, there is a new
simple case, where we have a single inverse requirement '~Copyable' or
'~Escapable', and the old logic was never updated to account for this
possibility. Instead, it would ignore inverses, so it would claim that
a composition like `P & ~Copyable` was simple when it shouldn't be.

With the acceptance of SE-0458, allow the use of unsafe expressions, the
@safe and @unsafe attributes, and the `unsafe` effect on the for..in loop
in all Swift code.
Introduce the `-strict-memory-safety` flag detailed in the proposal to
enable strict memory safety checking. This enables a new class of
feature, an optional feature (that is *not* upcoming or experimental),
and which can be detected via `hasFeature(StrictMemorySafety)`.
Element archetypes can occur here when mangling the USR for local
variables for e.g SourceKit cursor info, as well as for regular
compilation for things like lazy variables.
Update `getDeclTypeForMangling` to map local archetypes out of
context, using both the captured generic environments and the
archetypes present in the type. More work is needed to support lazy
variable though (now it crashes in SILGen).
This patch doesn't handle mangling standalone element archetypes for
e.g `printTypeUSR`, ideally we'd fix the clients there to not pass
local archetypes.

Implement lookup of availability domains for identifiers on
`AvailabilityDomainOrIdentifier`. Add a bit to that type which represents
whether or not lookup has already been attempted. This allows both
`AvailableAttr` and `AvailabilitySpec` to share a common implementation of
domain lookup.
Allow a conformance to be "isolated", meaning that it stays in the same
isolation domain as the conforming type. Only allow this for
global-actor-isolated types.
When a conformance is isolated, a nonisolated requirement can be
witnessed by a declaration with the same global actor isolation as the
enclosing type.
The previous algorithm failed to correctly handle the cases where some grouped
`@available` attributes could be marked invalid prior to type checking
attributes.
We had an exploded form of conformance attributes (@unchecked,
@preconcurrency, @unsafe) at several different places in the compiler.
Pull these into a single structure so it's easier to manage and extend.
Should have done this a long time ago.
If an enum comes from a different module that has `ExtensibleEnums`
feature enabled, unless it requires either `@unknown default:` or
`@frozen` because it is allowed to introduce new cases in the future
versions of the module.
Since the diagnostic is not going to be emitted counting it in
`Swift6Errors` statistics is going to be confusing to the users.

Memory unsafety in the iteration part of the for-in loop (i.e., the part
that works on the iterator) can be covered by the "unsafe" effect on
the for..in loop, before the pattern.
In order to unblock resolution of availability domains during type-checking
instead of parsing, diagnostics about missing or superfluous wildcards in
availability specification lists need to move to Sema.
It wraps an type-checked `AvailabilitySpec`, which guarantees that the spec has
a valid `AvailabilityDomain` associated with it. This will unblock moving
AvailabilitySpec domain resolution from parsing to sema.
Translate macOS 10.16 to macOS 11 on-demand when calling
`SemanticAvailableAttr` version accessors. This removes the need for
`AvailableAttr` to have mutable version members that
`SemanticAvailableAttrRequest` can update.
When `SendableCompletionHandlers` feature is enabled, ClangImporter
is going to inject `@Sendable` attribute into the completion handler
parameter's function type. We need to make sure that his new behavior
doesn't break shadowing rules and allow APIs to annotate their ObjC
declarations with `@Sendable` without breaking clients.
