d64b8ecea6 [CodeCompletion] Migrate key path completion to be solver based
This commit essentially consistes of the following steps:
- Add a new code completion key path component that represents the code completion token inside a key path. Previously, the key path would have an invalid component at the end if it contained a code completion token.
- When type checking the key path, model the code completion token’s result type by a new type variable that is unrelated to the previous components (because the code completion token might resolve to anything).
- Since the code completion token is now properly modelled in the constraint system, we can use the solver based code completion implementation and inspect any solution determined by the constraint solver. The base type for code completion is now the result type of the key path component that preceeds the code completion component.

This resolves bugs where code completion was not working correctly if the key path’s type had a generic base or result type. It’s also nice to have moved another completion type over to the solver-based implementation.

94a9876d39 [IDE] Show completion results if member is followed by trailing closure
When completing `items.#^COMPLETE^# { $0.content }`, we are stopping parsing of the expression after the code completion token and are thus left with `{ $0.content }` in `parseDeclVar`, which interprets the `{` as the start of an accessor clause, wrapping the entire variable in an accessor decl and thus causing code completion to not show any results.

To avoid this issue, consume any postfix expressions after the code completion token and discard them. This assures that the trailing closure gets consumed before it can be interpreted as an accessor decl.

d2de21a084 [Frontend][Parse] Parse new named opaque return type syntax
In order to put constraints on opaque types in function returns, we want to
support naming them like 'func f() -> <T> T { }'. This commit parses that
syntax into the new `OpaqueReturnParameteriedTypeRepr`. This is hidden behind
the new flag --enable-experimental-opaque-return-types.

c73732769d [Parser] Allow closures with custom attributes and capture lists.
The parsing of Swift 1.0 beta-1 array syntax (e.g., `Int [something]`)
was preventing closures with both a custom attribute (e.g.,
`@MainActor) and a capture list from parsing correctly. Don't parse
that syntax within custom attributes.

6ba26292b1 [Clang importer] Import Swift declaration modifiers from swift_attr.
In addition to importing Swift attributes spelled with the C
`__attribute__((swift_attr("...")))`, also import declaration modifiers,
including `nonisolated`.

5cf87d30f5 [CodeCompletion] Don't offer completion names for closure argument names
Parse a completion token as an empty parameter name (just like `_`) to
prevent the parser to parse it as an expression and offer completions
for it.

4afa371094 Introduce subtyping rule for functions with "isolated" parameters.
With isolated parameters being part of a function's type, check to
ensure that isolated and non-isolated parameters aren't incorrectly
matched. Specifically, it is okay to add `isolated` to a parameter
when there is a subtyping relationship, but not remove it:

```swift
actor A { }
func f(_: isolated A) { }
func g(_: A) { }

func test() {
  let _: (isolated A) -> Void = g    // okay to add 'isolated'
  let _: (A) -> Void = f             // error when removing 'isolated'
}
```

5004a5447b [Concurrency] Make "self" parameter of actor-isolated functions 'isolated'.
The notion of "actor-isolated" currently exists at the declaration level.
For functions, it is going to be captured in the function type itself,
where 'self' is declared to be 'isolated'. Model isolation both
ways: the 'self' of a method that is isolated to an actor instance
will be 'isolated' as well.

We are still using declaration-based checking of actor isolation.
However, by mirroring this information we can move more incrementally
over to doing checking based on 'isolated' parameters.

aeddab4dd0 [Parse] Disallow use of actor as a declaration modifier
`actor` is a standalone contextual keyword now and should
be treated as such, `actor class` is no longer allowed
and results in a parse error.

9412f19802 [cmake] Change set_swift_llvm_is_available to set definitions on a specific target.
Otherwise we set it on all targets/languages in a subdirectory (I forgot if it
propagates up). Regardless, this type of viral stuff is something we want to
move away from since it creates a code that is a "forall" piece of code rather
than a piece of code that only effects a single target.

I also conditionalized the actual definitions being added on the compiled file's
language being C,CXX,OBJC,OBJCXX since as we add Swift sources to the host side
of the compiler, we will not want these flags to propagate to Swift sources.

46fa6e5721 [AST] Improve BinaryExpr

72f16df99d [CodeCompletion] Reset 'hasSingleExpressionBody' when setting function body
Previously, completing inside non single expression body might cause a
crash if you had done any completion with single expression in the same
body.

e.g.

  func test() {
    test(#^HERE^#)
  }

after that:

  func test() {
    test(arg)
    if #^HERE^#
  }

That was because the `hasSingleExpressionBody` wasn't cleared when
reusing the function for subsequent completions.

This patch just clears it whenever a new parsed body is set to a
function.

4486aac405 [Lexer] Avoid casting to signed char in switch statements (#37289)
This cast causes overflows on platforms that use unsigned char as default and at least on linux-aarch64 causes false negatives in the switch statements.

1. Removes gating on -enable-experimental-concurrency.
2. Updates eff. prop tests to remove experimental flag,
   and also adjusts some tests slightly to avoid things

bbe5b83de9 Parser: teach canImport to take an additional parameter indicating the minimum module version
canImport should be able to take an additional parameter labeled by either version or
underlyingVersion. We need underlyingVersion for clang modules with Swift overlays because they
have separate version numbers. The library users are usually interested in checking the importability
of the underlying clang module instead of its Swift overlay.

43a9f54b0f Repair Fingerprint Lookup Across Modules
Cross-module incremental builds require a stable source of fingerprint
information for iterable decl contexts. This is provided by the
incremental frontends when they produce partial swift module files.
Embedded in these files is a table of fingerprints, which are consumed
by merge-modules to construct a module-wide dependency graph that is
then serialized into the final merged swift module file. Unfortunately,
the implementation here iterated through the files in the module and
asked for the first fingerprint that would load for a particular
iterable decl context. If (more likely, when) the DeclID for that
serialized iterable decl context collided with another DeclID in the
wrong file, we would load that fingerprint instead.

Locate up to the module-scope context for an iterable decl context and
only load the fingerprint from there. This ensures that the fingerprints
in the partial modules matches the fingerprints in the merged modules.
