8b4ce2c2ff [wasm][test] Remove unused argc/argv parameters from @main decl
In WebAssembly, `main` function is mangled differently depending on if
it takes argc/argv or not. If it doesn't take them, it's mangled to
`main` as well as other platforms, so remove unused argc/argv in
executable tests to avoid linkage failure.

3ee09a2298 Switch concurrency runtime tests to "REQUIRES: concurrency_runtime"
Rather than blanket-disabling concurrency tests when we aren't using a
just-built concurrency library, enable them whenever we have a
suitable concurrency runtime, either just-built, in the OS, or via the
back-deployment libraries.

fb66de6126 Unify mangling operators for async, @Sendable, @differentiable and @noDerivative.
Repurpose mangling operator `Y` as an umbrella operator that covers new attributes on function types. Free up operators `J`, `j`, and `k`.

```
async ::= 'Ya'                             // 'async' annotation on function types
sendable ::= 'Yb'                          // @Sendable on function types
throws ::= 'K'                             // 'throws' annotation on function types
differentiable ::= 'Yjf'                   // @differentiable(_forward) on function type
differentiable ::= 'Yjr'                   // @differentiable(reverse) on function type
differentiable ::= 'Yjd'                   // @differentiable on function type
differentiable ::= 'Yjl'                   // @differentiable(_linear) on function type
```

3bdd5cb99a IRGen: async error ABI
Throwing functions pass the error result in `swiftself` to the resume
partial function.
Therefore, `() async -> ()` to `() async throws -> ()` is not ABI compatible.

TODO: go through remaining failing IRGen async tests and replace the
illegal convert_functions.

f75fbb7594 IRGen: Async ABI passing parameter and results directly
The error is still passed in the async context. I will fix this in a
follow-up.

6c879d6fd3 Change the async ABI to not pass the active task and executor.
Most of the async runtime functions have been changed to not
expect the task and executor to be passed in. When knowing the
task and executor is necessary, there are runtime functions
available to recover them.

The biggest change I had to make to a runtime function signature
was to swift_task_switch, which has been altered to expect to be
passed the context and resumption function instead of requiring
the caller to park the task. This has the pleasant consequence
of allowing the implementation to very quickly turn around when
it recognizes that the current executor is satisfactory. It does
mean that on arm64e we have to sign the continuation function
pointer as an argument and then potentially resign it when
assigning into the task's resume slot.

eeffb0785f Mangle the _Concurrency module as the Swift module in the ABI.
The `_Concurrency` module provides APIs and runtime entry points that
are part of the core Swift model, but are separated into their own
module because it's helpful for staging development.

Use the new `-module-abi-name` feature to mangle contents of the
`_Concurrency` module as if they were already in the Swift module.
This sets the ABI up for the `_Concurrency` module being merged in to
the Swift module at some future point without changing mangling or
metadata.

4373bdd6d0 Conditionally start using llvm::CallingConv::SwiftTail for async functions
This is conditional on UseAsyncLowering and in the future should also be
conditional on `clangTargetInfo.isSwiftAsyncCCSupported()` once that
support is merged.

Update tests to work either with swiftcc or swifttailcc.

daa72d3cc5 Add llvm::Attribute::SwiftAsync to the context parameter
* Adds support for generating code that uses swiftasync parameter lowering.

* Currently only arm64's llvm lowering supports the swift_async_context_addr intrinsic.

* Add arm64e pointer signing of updated swift_async_context_addr.

This commit needs the PR llvm-project#2291.

* [runtime] unittests should use just-built compiler if the runtime did

This will start to matter with the introduction of usage of swiftasync parameters which only very recent compilers support.

d4664c8bc2 [Async CC] Never use simple partial apply for async functions.
Currently, the convention for partially applying an async function is to
form a thick function consisting of (1) a pointer to the partial apply
forwarder and (2) a thick context containing the async context size.

Previously, the partial application of async methods--specifically, for
which the partial application of the non-async analog produced a simple
partial apply (meaning that their context was a single ref-counted
object in the form of self)--would result in a simple partial
application. Here, that error is addressed by never allowing the
partial application of async methods to produce a simple partial apply.

Eventually, when the complex temporary ABI for partial application of
async functions is unrolled, this change will need to be unrolled as
well.
