b212229db1 test: add and use prefix substitutions for libraries
The naming convention is different on Windows than on Unix-like
environments. In order to follow the convention we need to substitute
the prefix and the suffix. Take the opportunity to rename the
`target-dylib-extension` to the CMake-like variable
`target-shared-library-suffix` and introduce
`target-shared-library-prefix`. This helps linking the test suite
binaries on Windows.

4a4b5cf8fe [test] Remove -enable-source-import from two very old JIT tests
Ah, the pre-Swift-1 days... -enable-source-import may come back in
some form some day, but it's not supported now.

828eb68e72 Commit DaveA's API changes to 'print', along with the compiler changes necessary to support them.
There's still work left to do. In terms of next steps, there's still rdar://problem/22126141, which covers removing the 'workaround' overloads for print (that prevent bogus overload resolution failures), as well as providing a decent diagnostic when users invoke print with 'appendNewline'.

793b3326af Implement the new rules for argument label defaults.
The rule changes are as follows:
  * All functions (introduced with the 'func' keyword) have argument
labels for arguments beyond the first, by default. Methods are no
  longer special in this regard.
  * The presence of a default argument no longer implies an argument
  label.

The actual changes to the parser and printer are fairly simple; the
rest of the noise is updating the standard library, overlays, tests,
etc.

With the standard library, this change is intended to be API neutral:
I've added/removed #'s and _'s as appropriate to keep the user
interface the same. If we want to separately consider using argument
labels for more free functions now that the defaults in the language
have shifted, we can tackle that separately.

Fixes rdar://problem/17218256.

367160793b [test] Drop -enable-source-import from almost all tests that use IRGen.
-enable-source-import doesn't play nice with debug info, and we want to be
able to run all tests with -g added. The last few tests that require
-enable-source-import could be built with --no-debug-info, or however we
end up spelling that.

8b7cc4f619 Make -i compatible with shebangs and forward arguments correctly
The driver option -i now requires an input file as argument, and any
options after the input file will be treated as arguments to the
interpretted file.

This also renames the frontend option to -interpret, since it is parsed
as a flag, unlike -i. We could support -interpret in the driver if we
wanted, which would allow us to use --, but wouldn't work with shebang
scripts. For now, it's frontend-only.
