b0fb03d8c7 Create a uniform representation for function type isolation.
Not quite NFC because apparently the representation bleeds into what's
accepted in some situations where we're supposed to be warning about
conflicts and then making an arbitrary choice. But what we're doing
is nonsense, so we definitely need to break behavior here.

This is setting up for isolated(any) and isolated(caller). I tried
to keep that out of the patch as much as possible, though.

1764bd2479 [sil] Change SILParameterInfo/SILResultInfo's differentiability parameter to use an OptionSet so we can add other options.
I am doing this in preparation for adding options to SILParameterInfo/
SILResultInfo that state that a parameter/result is transferring. Even though I
could have just introduced a new bit here, I instead streamlined the interface
of SILParameterInfo/SILResultInfo to use an OptionSet instead of individual bits
to make it easier to add new flags here. The reason why it is easier is that
along API (e.x.: function argument) boundaries one does not have to marshal each
field or pass each field. Instead one can just pass the whole OptionSet as an
opaque thing. Using this I was able to change serialization/deserialization of
SILParameterInfo/SILResultInfo so that one does not need to update them if one
adds new fields!

The reason why I am doing this for both SILParameterInfo/SILResultInfo in the
same commit is because they share code in the demangler that I did not want to
have to duplicate in an intervening commit. By changing them both at the same
type, I didn't have to change anything without an actual need to.

I am doing this in a separate commit from adding transferring support so I can
validate correctness using the tests for the options already supported
(currently only differentiability).

57b702be07 ASTDemangler: Fix round-tripping of SILBoxTypeWithLayout
The more awkward setup with pushGenericParams()/popGenericParams()
is required so that when demangling requirements and field types
we get the correct pack-ness for each type parameter. The pack-ness
is encoded as part of the generic signature, and not as part of
the type parameter mangling itself.

Fixes the ASTDemangler issue from rdar://problem/115459973.

3a24b5361d TypeDecoder: Push one-element tuple unwrapping down into createTupleType() implementations
The old behavior was only correct when building substituted types,
ie, if createTupleType() was never called with a pack expansion type.

This was the case in the runtime's MetadataLookup which applies
substitutions to an interface type to ultimately construct metadata
for a fully-concrete type, but not in the ASTDemangler, where we
actually build interface types.

Since TypeDecoder doesn't have any way to query the kind of type
it just built, let's just instead make this decision inside the
implementation of the type builder concept.

Fixes https://github.com/apple/swift/issues/67322.

f3ff561c6f [NFC] add llvm namespace to Optional and None
This is phase-1 of switching from llvm::Optional to std::optional in the
next rebranch. llvm::Optional was removed from upstream LLVM, so we need
to migrate off rather soon. On Darwin, std::optional, and llvm::Optional
have the same layout, so we don't need to be as concerned about ABI
beyond the name mangling. `llvm::Optional` is only returned from one
function in
```
getStandardTypeSubst(StringRef TypeName,
                     bool allowConcurrencyManglings);
```
It's the return value, so it should not impact the mangling of the
function, and the layout is the same as `std::optional`, so it should be
mostly okay. This function doesn't appear to have users, and the ABI was
already broken 2 years ago for concurrency and no one seemed to notice
so this should be "okay".

I'm doing the migration incrementally so that folks working on main can
cherry-pick back to the release/5.9 branch. Once 5.9 is done and locked
away, then we can go through and finish the replacement. Since `None`
and `Optional` show up in contexts where they are not `llvm::None` and
`llvm::Optional`, I'm preparing the work now by going through and
removing the namespace unwrapping and making the `llvm` namespace
explicit. This should make it fairly mechanical to go through and
replace llvm::Optional with std::optional, and llvm::None with
std::nullopt. It's also a change that can be brought onto the
release/5.9 with minimal impact. This should be an NFC change.

5345e982e9 Only mangle borrowing/consuming when they would change ABI.
`__shared` and `__owned` would always get mangled, even when they don't have any effect
on ABI, making it unnecessarily ABI-breaking to apply them to existing API to make
calling conventions explicit. Avoid this issue by only mangling them in cases where they
change the ABI from the default.

d25a8aec8b Add explicit lowering for value packs and pack expansions.
- SILPackType carries whether the elements are stored directly
  in the pack, which we're not currently using in the lowering,
  but it's probably something we'll want in the final ABI.
  Having this also makes it clear that we're doing the right
  thing with substitution and element lowering. I also toyed
  with making this a scalar type, which made it necessary in
  various places, although eventually I pulled back to the
  design where we always use packs as addresses.

- Pack boundaries are a core ABI concept, so the lowering has
  to wrap parameter pack expansions up as packs. There are huge
  unimplemented holes here where the abstraction pattern will
  need to tell us how many elements to gather into the pack,
  but a naive approach is good enough to get things off the
  ground.

- Pack conventions are related to the existing parameter and
  result conventions, but they're different on enough grounds
  that they deserve to be separated.

dde0d8f609 Generalize the Mangling of Constrained Existential Types
Upgrade the old mangling from a list of argument types to a
list of requiremnets. For now, only same-type requirements
may actually be mangled since those are all that are available
to the surface language.

Reconstruction of existential types now consists of demangling (a list of)
base protocol(s), decoding the constraints, and converting the same-type
constraints back into a list of arguments.

590331d59f Moving nested archetype storage into the generic environment.
Instead of storing nested archetypes hierarchically in `ArchetypeType`,
store them in a map (indexed by dependent member type) on the generic
environment itself. With this, we no longer need to create archetypes
for every type along the path, because archetypes are findable via
generic environment + interface type.

f7a82ac174 [Type Reconstruction] For now, reconstruct existential types without
explicit ExistentialType.

The ASTDemangler needs to produce ExistentialType based on context, not
unconditionally when producing a protocol composition. This is tricky
because existential types are mangled the same way as other protocol
references, e.g. in conformance requirements. For now, drop the explicit
existentials when reconstructing types.

99a9c021e2 Carry through the ordinal for opaque type declarations.
Generalize the implementation of opaque type declarations to maintain
the "ordinal", which represents a particular "some" utterance in a
structural opaque type, throughout more of the compiler.

The ordinal value for a given "some" matches with the index of the
corresponding generic parameter in the opaque type declaration's
generic signature. To properly be able to determine the ordinal for a
given "some" type representation, retain all of the "some" type
representations in the `OpaqueTypeDecl` (using trailing storage), so
we can map them to the proper generic parameter and ordinal later on.

d997526948 Fix function differentiability kind metadata and mangling. (#36601)
* Move differentiability kinds from target function type metadata to trailing objects so that we don't exhaust all remaining bits of function type metadata.
  * Differentiability kind is now stored in a tail-allocated word when function type flags say it's differentiable, located immediately after the normal function type metadata's contents (with proper alignment in between).
  * Add new runtime function `swift_getFunctionTypeMetadataDifferentiable` which handles differentiable function types.
* Fix mangling of different differentiability kinds in function types. Mangle it like `ConcurrentFunctionType` so that we can drop special cases for escaping functions.
    ```
    function-signature ::= params-type params-type async? sendable? throws? differentiable? // results and parameters
    ...
    differentiable ::= 'jf'                    // @differentiable(_forward) on function type
    differentiable ::= 'jr'                    // @differentiable(reverse) on function type
