11c448d954 Tests: Use a local cache for many tests importing AppKit
Tests importing AppKit have a tendency to be flaky if they share a
module cache with other builds using a different set of framework search
flags. Make sure they use a local cache to avoid picking incompatible
cached modules.

Alternatively, we could align all builds using the same cache to have
exactly the same framework search paths or enable explicit module
builds. I picked the module cache as it's the most reliable solution in
the short and long term.

The 5 tests below import AppKit and have been known to be flaky.
Adapting them to use a custom cache with require more care. For now,
let's use them as control group to validate that the fix works. If these
5 fail without the fixed ones, we should extend the same corresponding
fix to them.

517f5d6b6a [ClangImporter] Retire the term "adapter" in favor of "overlay" (#24427)
Way back in Swift 1 I was trying to draw a distinction between
"overlays", separate libraries that added Swift content to an existing
Objective-C framework, and "the Swift part of a mixed-source
framework", even though they're implemented in almost exactly the same
way. "Adapter module" was the term that covered both of those. In
practice, however, no one knew what "adapter" meant. Bring an end to
this confusion by just using "overlay" within the compiler even for
the mixed-source framework case.

No intended functionality change.

06c5e9cd5b Enable "omit needless words" by default.
Most of this is in updating the standard library, SDK overlays, and
piles of test cases to use the new names. No surprises here, although
this shows us some potential heuristic tweaks.

There is one substantive compiler change that needs to be factored out
involving synthesizing calls to copyWithZone()/copy(zone:). Aside from
that, there are four failing tests:

    Swift :: ClangModules/objc_parse.swift
    Swift :: Interpreter/SDK/Foundation_test.swift
    Swift :: Interpreter/SDK/archiving_generic_swift_class.swift
    Swift :: Interpreter/SDK/objc_currying.swift

due to two independent remaining compiler bugs:
  * We're not getting partial ordering between NSCoder's
  encode(AnyObject, forKey: String) and NSKeyedArchiver's version of
  that method, and
  * Dynamic lookup (into AnyObject) doesn't know how to find the new
  names. We need the Swift name lookup tables enabled to address this.

2ebd4756b6 [ClangImporter] Force load adapter modules whenever a Clang module is named.
Loading Cocoa (Clang) triggers the loading of several other modules,
including Foundation (Clang). We want to make sure we bring in the adapter
module Foundation (Swift), so loading Cocoa currently triggers a walk of
all imported modules to check for an adapter. The problem is that
Foundation (Swift) contains some eagerly-deserialized decls, which refer
to decls in Foundation (Clang). These decls were not importing correctly
because we hadn't finished loading all the adapters -- specifically, we
hadn't yet loaded ObjectiveC (Swift). This meant SEL was loaded as
swift.COpaquePointer instead of ObjectiveC.ObjCSel.

Now, when Foundation (Swift) asks to load Foundation (Clang), we'll walk
all imported modules under Foundation (Clang) to check for an adapter
before returning, even if Foundation (Clang) is already in our system.
This probably still isn't the best way to deal with this (particularly
since the modules in the subtree will get visited twice), but it ensures
that we've loaded all necessary adapter modules before trying to import
any decls.

TLDR: Importing Cocoa now correctly imports the Swift overlay for the
ObjectiveC module, meaning SELs are correctly imported.
