5c2122a08c [Serialization] Restrict resilient swiftmodules to the compiler that built them
Introduce a new loading restriction that is more strict than the serialization
version check on swiftmodules. Tagged compilers will only load
library-evolution enabled swiftmodules that are produced by a compiler with the
exact same revision id. This will be more reliable in production
environments than using the serialization version which we forgot to
update from time to time. This shouldn't affect development compilers that
will still load any module with a compatible serialization version.

e64a40451b [Dependency Scanning] Model main module as separate dependency kind: SwiftSource
These kinds of modules differ from `SwiftTextual` modules in that they do not have an interface and have source-files.
It is cleaner to enforce this distinction with types, instead of checking for interface optionality everywhere.

b57b222b54 [SIL] Added lexical flag to alloc_stack.
The new flag will be used to track whether a borrow scope corresponds to
a source-level lexical scope. Here, the flag is just documented, added
to the instruction, represented in textual and serialized SIL, and
cloned.

c38d1773d2 [Serialization] Restrict loading swiftmodule files to the builder's SDK
Serialize the canonical name of the SDK used when building a swiftmodule
file and use it to ensure that the swiftmodule file is loaded only with
the same SDK. The SDK name must be passed down from the frontend.

This will report unsupported configurations like:

- Installing roots between incompatible SDKs without deleting the
swiftmodule files.
- Having multiple targets in the same project using different SDKs.
- Loading a swiftmodule created with a newer SDK (and stdlib) with an
older SDK.

All of these lead to hard to investigate deserialization failures and
this change should detect them early, before reaching a deserialization
failure.

5590c7b526 [sil] Add a move_value instruction.
This is a new instruction that can be used by SILGen to perform a semantic move
in between two entities that are considered separate variables at the AST
level. I am going to use it to implement an experimental borrow checker.

This PR contains the following:

1. I define move_value, setup parsing, printing, serializing, deserializing,
cloning, and filled in all of the visitors as appropriate.
2. I added createMoveValue and emitMoveValueOperation SILBuilder
APIs. createMoveValue always creates a move and asserts is passed a trivial
type. emitMoveValueOperation in contrast, will short circuit if passed a
trivial value and just return the trivial value.
3. I added IRGen tests to show that we can push this through the entire system.

This is all just scaffolding for the instruction to live in SIL land and as of
this PR doesn't actually do anything.

04135a3db6 [Serialization] Remove an assertion that fires spuriously.
This assertion does not account for the fact that a particular
requirement can be imported both as async and with a completion
handler, and therefore one of those two views won't have a witness.
The assertion is no longer catching anything useful, so remove it.

fa8d7828b3 Serialization: include global variables in the worklist-processing
It's not sufficient to first serialize all functions and then serialize all globals, because a function can be referenced from the initializer expression of a global.
Therefore the worklist processing must include both, functions and globals.

This fixes a crash in the serializer, which is exposed through cross-module-optimization.

1b7d55582d Do not build Swift interface files into binary modules when performing a canImport query.
We should hold off actually building the binary module file until it is imported.
`canImport` queries can happen, for example, during dependency scanning, when we do not wish to have the scanner tool execute any module builds.

e754f5a6c4 Disable resilience for modules imported by the MemoryBuffer loader.
The MemoryBuffer loader is used by LLDB during debugging to import binary Swift
modules from .swift_ast sections. Modules imported from .swift_ast sections are
never produced from textual interfaces. By disabling resilience the expression
evaluator in the debugger can directly access private members.

3097919398 [Serialization] Write ProtocolComposition as dependencies
A type dependencies are used at deserialization to drop a protocol early
when a dependency is not deserializable. Dependencies on protocols via a
protocol composition were not taken into account. This lead to the
deserialization process failing later. Fix the serialization process to
write protocol dependencies too.
