a1e888785d Enable indexing for refs to synthesized declarations. 
Based on feedback in PR https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/pull/69460, enabling indexing for synthesized decls because they are usable by users and make sense to appear in the indexstore.

Sets `synthesized` on some additional decls:

  - derived `hashInto(...)`
  - Objc properties and methods derived from Objc protocols

7782f862c0 Sema: Avoid adding nonisolated twice to synthesized Hashable methods. 
https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/42041 introduced a centralized mechanism for adding the `nonisolated` attribute to synthesized decls but did not clean up the existing code that was already doing so for `Hashable` conformances.

Resolves rdar://102106591
