cb578172ea Tests: Remove -disable-availability-checking in more tests that use concurrency.
Use the `%target-swift-5.1-abi-triple` substitution to compile the tests for
deployment to the minimum OS versions required for use of _Concurrency APIs,
instead of disabling availability checking.

d206e1baa1 [Test] Re-enable and cleanup some cursor info tests
Re-enable `static_vs_class_spelling.swift` - it was just missing the
`-target` in the `sourcekitd-test` lines.

While here, cleanup all the cursor info tests that used `split_file` to
use `split-file` instead.

Resolves rdar://105287822.

aeddab4dd0 [Parse] Disallow use of actor as a declaration modifier
`actor` is a standalone contextual keyword now and should
be treated as such, `actor class` is no longer allowed
and results in a parse error.

8b80331c3d Updating tests to use actor
This patch updates the `actor class` spelling to `actor` in almost all
of the tests. There are places where I verify that we sanely handle
`actor` as an attribute though. These include:

 - test/decl/class/actor/basic.swift
 - test/decl/protocol/special/Actor.swift
 - test/SourceKit/CursorInfo/cursor_info_concurrency.swift
 - test/attr/attr_objc_async.swift
 - test/ModuleInterface/actor_protocol.swift

748339a83a [test] Mark concurrency tests with appropiate REQUIRES. (#35624)
The Python build system always enables concurrency, but CMake has it
disable by default. Collaborators that do not use the Python build
system and use directly CMake will have it disable, unless they
explicitely enable it. If the tests are not marked as requiring the
concurrency features, the tests will fail to execute when concurrency is
disabled.

The changes add the `REQUIRES: concurrency` line to many tests that deal
with concurrency, but wasn't marked as such.
