eec2848508 [SourceKit] Stop using isSystemModule to represent "non-user" modules
Rather than using `ModuleDecl::isSystemModule()` to determine whether a
module is not a user module, instead check whether the module was
defined adjacent to the compiler or if it's part of the SDK.

If no SDK path was given, then `isSystemModule` is still used as a
fallback.

d206e1baa1 [Test] Re-enable and cleanup some cursor info tests
Re-enable `static_vs_class_spelling.swift` - it was just missing the
`-target` in the `sourcekitd-test` lines.

While here, cleanup all the cursor info tests that used `split_file` to
use `split-file` instead.

388052b6ab [SymbolGraph][CursorInfo] Add option to SourceKit's CursorInfo request to include the SymbolGraph JSON
Adds a new 'key.retrieve_symbol_graph' option to the request. When set to 1 it
includes the JSON for a SymbolGraph containing a single node for the symbol at
the requested position.

This also extends the SymbolGraph library with a new entry point to get a graph
for a single symbol, and to additionally support type substitution to match the
existing CursorInfo behavior (e.g. so that when invoked on `first` in
`Array<Int>().first`, the type is given as `Int?` rather than `Element?`).

d3d30ee246 [Serialization] Support Swift only system module
Previously 'isSystemModule()' returns true only if the module is:
- Standard library
- Clang module and that is `IsSystem`
- Swift overlay for clang `IsSystem` module

Now:
- Clang module and that is `IsSystem`; or
- Swift overlay for clang `IsSystem` module
- Swift module found in either of these directories:
  - Runtime library directoris (including stdlib)
  - Frameworks in `-Fsystem` directories
  - Frameworks in `$SDKROOT/System/Library/Frameworks/` (Darwin)
  - Frameworks in `$SDKROOT/Library/Frameworks/` (Darwin)
