66748f71eb [DebugInfo] Emit debug info for witness tables
This change emits debug info for witness tables passed into generic
functions when a generic type is constrained to a protocol. This
information is required for LLDB's generic expression evaluator
to work in such functions.

e2a83006ea IRGen: Consider the superclass bound of archetypes in searchTypeMetadata
We need to search the type metadata of superclass bounds to handle signatures like:

39fa2f0228 Use the swift calling convention for swift functions
Use the generic type lowering algorithm described in
"docs/CallingConvention.rst#physical-lowering" to map from IRGen's explosion
type to the type expected by the ABI.

Change IRGen to use the swift calling convention (swiftcc) for native swift
functions.

Use the 'swiftself' attribute on self parameters and for closures contexts.

Use the 'swifterror' parameter for swift error parameters.

Change functions in the runtime that are called as native swift functions to use
the swift calling convention.

0273167b5d Use the known type parameters to determine static offsets to stored
properties of classes with generic layouts.

Previously we were falling back on accessing them via the field
offset vector even when we knew everything about the type.

As a minor benefit, this allows RemoteAST to also determine offsets
for members of classes with generic layout.

Half of the test changes are IR type-name uniquing; I'm going to
explore mangling these with the full type where possible.

12b8a92e9d In generic functions, derive local type data for associated types
from the witness tables for their associations rather than passing
them separately.

This drastically reduces the number of physical arguments required
to invoke a generic function with a complex protocol hierarchy.  It's
also an important step towards allowing recursive protocol
constraints.  However, it may cause some performance problems in
generic code that we'll have to figure out ways to remediate.

There are still a few places in IRGen that rely on recursive eager
expansion of associated types and protocol witnesses.  For example,
passing generic arguments requires us to map from a dependent type
back to an index into the all-dependent-types list in order to
find the right Substitution; that's something we'll need to fix
more generally.  Specific to IRGen, there are still a few abstractions
like NecessaryBindings that use recursive expansion and are therefore
probably extremely expensive under this patch; I intend to fix those
up in follow-ups to the greatest extent possible.

There are also still a few things that could be made lazier about
type fulfillment; for example, we eagerly project the dynamic type
metadata of class parameters rather than waiting for the first place
we actually need to do so.  We should be able to be lazier about
that, at least when the parameter is @guaranteed.

Technical notes follow.  Most of the basic infrastructure I set up
for this over the last few months stood up, although there were
some unanticipated complexities:

The first is that the all-dependent-types list still does not
reliably contain all the dependent types in the minimized signature,
even with my last patch, because the primary type parameters aren't
necessarily representatives.  It is, unfortunately, important to
give the witness marker to the primary type parameter because
otherwise substitution won't be able to replace that parameter at all.
There are better representations for all of that, but it's not
something I wanted to condition this patch on; therefore, we have to
do a significantly more expensive check in order to figure out a
dependent type's index in the all-dependent-types list.

The second is that the ability to add requirements to associated
types in protocol refinements means that we have to find the *right*
associatedtype declaration in order to find the associated witness
table.  There seems to be relatively poor AST support for this
operation; maybe I just missed it.

The third complexity (so far) is that the association between an
archetype and its parent isn't particularly more important than
any other association it has.  We need to be able to recover
witness tables linked with *all* of the associations that lead
to an archetype.  This is, again, not particularly well-supported
by the AST, and we may run into problems here when we eliminate
recursive associated type expansion in signatures.

Finally, it's a known fault that this potentially leaves debug
info in a bit of a mess, since we won't have any informaton for
a type parameter unless we actually needed it somewhere.

295a6b2580 [IRGen] Fix source list computation in PolymorphicConvention
Currently, a source for polymorphic parameter fulfillments is removed
from the source list if the size of the map of fulfillments does not
increase during its consideration. This isn't quite correct because it's
possible for a new fulfillment that uses the source to replace an
existing one without creating a new entry in the map. Have the code be
more explicit about the condition under which a source may be safely
discarded.

Till now, a SIL module would be only verified if an optimization has changed it. But if there were no changes, then no verification would happen and some SIL module format errors would stay unnoticed. This was happening in certain cases when reading a textual SIL module representation, which turned out to be broken, but SIL verifier wouldn't catch it.

66e13af73e Add support for whole-module optimizations for SIL files.
To invoke the front-end on a SIL with whole-module optimizations enabled, execute:
swiftc -frontend myfile.sil

To invoke the front-end on a SIL without whole-module optimizations enabled, add a -primary-file option:
swiftc -frontend -primary-file myfile.sil

To invoke a sil-opt with whole-module optimizations enabled, use the -wmo option:
sil-opt myfile.sil -wmo

This change was need to be able to write SIL unit tests which should be compiled in the WMO mode.

e318a8c2e8 IRGen: Populate vtables using the SILVTable instead of reinventing AST lookup.
We still preserve IRGen's current ordering of vtable slots, but use SIL's record of which SILFunction implements which method instead of walking overrides independently. Another step on the way to rdar://problem/19321484; if SILGen determines that a thunk is needed to interface an override with its base method, IRGen will now pick it up. (Thunk generation is still busted in certain inheritance cases I need to fix before declaring victory though.)

3b04d1b013 tests: reorganize tests so that they actually use the target platform
Most tests were using %swift or similar substitutions, which did not
include the target triple and SDK.  The driver was defaulting to the
host OS.  Thus, we could not run the tests when the standard library was
not built for OS X.
