8dedfb31e3 Add support for #file/#line, etc according to SE-0028. __FILE__ and friends
are still accepted without deprecation warning as of this patch.

5aa40dd0aa Extend DefaultArgumentKind with cases for nil, [], and [:].
Under -enable-infer-default-arguments, the Clang importer infers some
default arguments for imported declarations. Rather than jumping
through awful hoops to make sure that we create default argument
generators (which will likely imply eager type checking), simply
handle these cases as callee-side expansions.

This makes -enable-infer-default-arguments usable, fixing
rdar://problem/24049927.

51c1433ddd Add magic "literal" __DSO_HANDLE__ to refer to the DSO handle.
__DSO_HANDLE__ can be used as a callee-side default
argument. Addresses rdar://problem/17878114.

d32f668fb2 Introduce "inherited" default arguments and use them for inherited initializers.
Previously, we were cloning the default arguments completely, which
meant code duplication (when inheriting within a module) or simply a
failure (when inheriting across modules). Now, we reference the
default arguments where we inherited them, eliminating the
duplication. Part of <rdar://problem/16318855>.

9e5bc637ae Add __FUNCTION__ as a magic literal identifier.
Add __FUNCTION__ to the repertoire of magic source-location-identifying tokens. Inside a function, it gives the function name; inside a property accessor, it gives the property name; inside special members like 'init', 'subscript', and 'deinit', it gives the keyword name, and at top level, it gives the module name. As a bit of future-proofing, stringify the full DeclName, even though we only ever give declarations simple names currently.

423abc5038 Codify the default argument hack for __FILE__/__LINE__/__COLUMN__.
Teach TuplePatternElt to keep track of the kind of the default
argument: none, normal (provided by calling into the appropriate
callee generator), __FILE__, __LINE__, or __COLUMN__. For the latter
three cases, the type checker forms the appropriate argument as part
of the call.

The actual default argument expression will only be held in the tuple
pattern element when we've parsed it; it won't be serialized or
deserialized, because only the defining module cares. This is a step
toward eliminate the initialization expression from tuple types.

The extension to TupleShuffleExpr is a hack, which will also be
replicated in ScalarToTupleExpr, until we finally rework the
representation of TupleShuffleExpr (<rdar://problem/12340004>).
