14a311b36e [Global actors] Check calls to global-actor-qualified functions, not references
Check actor isolation of calls to functions with global-actor-qualified
type. This closes a pre-existing loophole where a value of
global-actor-qualified function type could be called from any context.
Paired with this, references to global-actor-qualified function
declarations will get global-actor-qualified function type whenever
they are referenced within an experience, i.e., whenever we form a
value of that type. Such references can occur anywhere (one does not
need to be on the actor), and carrying the global actor along with the
function type ensures that they can only be called from the right
actor. For example:

    @MainActor func onlyOnMainActor() { ... }

    func callIt(_ fn: @MainActor () -> Void) {
      fn() // error: not on the main actor, so cannot synchronously call
           // this wasn't previously diagnosed
    }

    func passIt() {
      callIt(onlyOnMainActor)  // okay to pass the function
                               // used to be an error
    }

While here, fix up some broken substitution logic for
global-actor-qualified function types and "override" actor isolation.

865e80f9c4 [CodeComplete] Default parameter names of completed closure to internal names
If have a function that takes a trailing closure as follows
```
func sort(callback: (_ left: Int, _ right: Int) -> Bool) {}
```
completing a call to `sort` and expanding the trailing closure results in
```
sort { <#Int#>, <#Int#> in
  <#code#>
}
```

We should be doing a better job here and defaulting the trailing closure's to the internal names specified in the function signature. I.e. the final result should be
```
sort { left, right in
  <#code#>
}
```

This commit does exactly that.

Firstly, it keeps track of the closure's internal names (as specified in the declaration of `sort`) in the closure's type through a new `InternalLabel` property in `AnyFunctionType::Param`. Once the type containing the parameter gets canonicalized, the internal label is dropped.

Secondly, it adds a new option to `ASTPrinter` to always try and print parameter labels. With this option set to true, it will always print external paramter labels and, if they are present, print the internal parameter label as `_ <internalLabel>`.

Finally, we can use this new printing mode to print the trailing closure’s type as
```
<#T##callback: (Int, Int) -> Bool##(_ left: Int, _ right: Int) -> Bool#>
```

This is already correctly expanded by code-expand to the desired result. I also added a test case for that behaviour.

Introduce the notion of global actor-qualified function types, e.g.,

to describe synchronous functions that must execute on a particular
global actor.

2a28fed34d Allow one to separately specify the ABI name of a module.
Introduce a new compiler flag `-module-abi-name <name>` that uses the
given name as the ABI name for the module (rather than the module's
name in source code). The ABI name impacts name mangling and metadata.

c0ec6c3235 [AST] NFC: Make ExtInfo param Optional<>
While it is very convenient to default the ExtInfo state when creating
new function types, it also make the intent unclear to those looking to
extend ExtInfo state. For example, did a given call site intend to have
the default ExtInfo state or does it just happen to work? This matters a
lot because function types are regularly unpacked and rebuilt and it's
really easy to accidentally drop ExtInfo state.

By changing the ExtInfo state to an optional, we can track when it is
actually needed.

e2c3e96c18 flush delayed diagnostics in dtor of MultiConformanceChecker
While individual ConformanceCheckers tend to be used for one-off
conformance queries where diagnostics are fully suppressed, the
MultiConformanceChecker is a major driver of overall protocol
conformance checking and should not be losing delayed error diags.

In some situations (mostly with checking for conformance to ObjC
protocols that have async-like requirements), a delayed error
diagnostic can be lost by the MultiConformanceChecker, because
the deferred diag was added after the calls to emit them happen.
This new flush operation in MultiConformanceChecker's destructor
fixes the issue in those situations.

Additionally, I attempted to try and catch mistakes like this in
the future by adding an assert to ConformanceChecker's dtor for
obviously lost error diagnostics.

8ecdfcbfd5 [Dependency Scanning] Optionally, resolve direct dependencies of a module using only the ModuleDependenciesCache.
This speeds up contexts where we need to resolve dependencies after the main scanning action is complete.
For example: libSwiftScan binary graph generation and cycle detection.

This is necessary because ordinarily, ModuleDependenciesCache must be queried on a per-loader basis.
For example, we first search for Swift modules with the SerializedModuleLoaderBase, at which point we check the cache for previously-found Swift modules. If cache is not hit, we search the filesystem.
Then we search for Clang moduels with the ClangLoader, at which point we check the cache for previously-found Clang modules. If cache is not hit, we search the filesystem.

This change allows to eliminate a bunch of filesystem searching in step (1) when we know we have completed the scan and no longer need to be concerned with the correctness of the cache contents.

945011d39f Handle default actors by special-casing layout in IRGen instead
of adding a property.

This better matches what the actual implementation expects,
and it avoids some possibilities of weird mismatches.  However,
it also requires special-case initialization, destruction, and
dynamic-layout support, none of which I've added yet.

In order to get NSObject default actor subclasses to use Swift
refcounting (and thus avoid the need for the default actor runtime
to generally use ObjC refcounting), I've had to introduce a
SwiftNativeNSObject which we substitute as the superclass when
inheriting directly from NSObject.  This is something we could
do in all NSObject subclasses; for now, I'm just doing it in
actors, although it's all actors and not just default actors.
We are not yet taking advantage of our special knowledge of this
class anywhere except the reference-counting code.

I went around in circles exploring a number of alternatives for
doing this; at one point I basically had a completely parallel
"ForImplementation" superclass query.  That proved to be a lot
of added complexity and created more problems than it solved.
We also don't *really* get any benefit from this subclassing
because there still wouldn't be a consistent superclass for all
actors.  So instead it's very ad-hoc.

Passing the frontend flag -Rmodule-loading makes the compiler emit
remarks with the path of every module loaded. The path for Swift modules
is either the swiftinterface file for modules built with library
evolution or the binary swiftmodule otherwise. The path for clangmodules
is always in the cache which could be improved as it may be less useful.

Here's an extract of the output for a simple SwiftUI app:

b4b8778e48 Fixup getOverlayModule
ClangModuleUnit::getOverlayModule implies that it requests the Swift
module with the same name as the top level module, and loads it if it is
available. Unfortunately, it used ASTContext::getModule to do so, which
consults every module loader, including the clang importer. So, even
though you couldn't actually get a clang module out at the end of the
day, you could still force a clang module to load implicitly.

When combined with namelookup's import graph computation forcing
overlays, this meant the entire transitive import graph would be loaded
because of the complicated mix of recursion and re-entrancy this
created.

The first step in teasing this apart is to define an API that doesn't
re-enter the clang importer when it loads modules. Then, the callers
that were relying on this need to be updated to explicitly call
ASTContext::getModule themselves.

This will also fix rdar://70745521 by happenstance.

a664a33b52 SIL: Add instructions to represent async suspend points.
`get_async_continuation[_addr]` begins a suspend operation by accessing the continuation value that can resume
the task, which can then be used in a callback or event handler before executing `await_async_continuation` to
suspend the task.

8ccee27db7 ModuleInterface: refactor ModuleInterfaceChecker out of ModuleInterfaceLoader
This refactoring allows us to drop ModuleInterfaceLoader when explicit modules
are enabled. Before this change, the dependencies scanner needs the loader to be
present to access functionalities like collecting prebuilt module candidates.

ab3c5dee3e [Concurrency] Introduce Actor protocol to which actor classes all conform.
Introduce a new Actor protocol, which is a class-bound protocol with only
one requirement:

    func enqueue(partialTask: PartialAsyncTask)

All actor classes implicitly conform to this protocol, and will synthesize
a (currently empty) definition of `enqueue(partialTask:)` unless a suitable
one is provided explicitly.

5e9bf1f7c6 [SIL] Store ClangTypeInfo in SILFunctionType.
This patch includes a large number of changes to make sure that:
1. When ExtInfo values are created, we store a ClangTypeInfo if applicable.
2. We reduce dependence on storing SIL representations in ASTExtInfo values.
3. Reduce places where we sloppily create ASTExtInfo values which should
   store a Clang type but don't. In certain places, this is unavoidable;
   see [NOTE: ExtInfo-Clang-type-invariant].

Ideally, we would check that the appropriate SILExtInfo does always store
a ClangTypeInfo. However, the presence of the HasClangFunctionTypes option
means that we would need to condition that assertion based on a dynamic check.
Plumbing the setting down to SILExtInfoBuilder's checkInvariants would be too
much work. So we weaken the check for now; we should strengthen it once we
"turn on" HasClangFunctionTypes and remove the dynamic feature switch.
