Update for SE-0107: UnsafeRawPointer
This adds a "mutating" initialize to UnsafePointer to make
Immutable -> Mutable conversions explicit.
These are quick fixes to stdlib, overlays, and test cases that are necessary
in order to remove arbitrary UnsafePointer conversions.
Many cases can be expressed better up by reworking the surrounding
code, but we first need a working starting point.
These apinotes will swift_private many of the bounding box methods,
and adjust the overlays appropriately. Those APIs have better
alternatives provided by the overlays, and thus shouldln't be exposed.
Due to a modeling error in the type checker's folding of type
references into type expressions, code such as "strideof(Int)" would
be accepted without the required ".self". Commit
4a60b6cbf4 fixes the modeling issue but
left the historical accepts-invalid; now, diagnose these cases with a
warning + Fix-It to ease the transition.
Fixes SR-899.
This reflects the fact that the attribute's only for compiler-internal use, and isn't really equivalent to C's asm attribute, since it doesn't change the calling convention to be C-compatible.
At some point I want to propose a revised model for exports, but for now
just mark that support for '@exported' is still experimental and subject
to change. (Thanks, Max.)

Patch by Amaury Balliet.
Swift SVN r30353
This came out of today's language review meeting.
The intent is to match #available with the attribute
that describes availability.
This is a divergence from Objective-C.
Swift SVN r28484
The rule changes are as follows:
* All functions (introduced with the 'func' keyword) have argument
labels for arguments beyond the first, by default. Methods are no
longer special in this regard.
* The presence of a default argument no longer implies an argument
label.
The actual changes to the parser and printer are fairly simple; the
rest of the noise is updating the standard library, overlays, tests,
etc.
With the standard library, this change is intended to be API neutral:
I've added/removed #'s and _'s as appropriate to keep the user
interface the same. If we want to separately consider using argument
labels for more free functions now that the defaults in the language
have shifted, we can tackle that separately.

This change depends on a coordinated SceneKit change which makes the
original method unavailable to avoid ambiguity. The API also requires a
data file, so no tests yet.

Enable checking for uses of potentially unavailable APIs. There is
a frontend option to disable it: -disable-availability-checking.
This commit updates the SDK overlays with @availability() annotations for the
declarations where the overlay refers to potentially unavailable APIs. It also changes
several tests that refer to potentially unavailable APIs to use either #available()
or @availability annotations.
