37a4335b88 Replace swift::Range with llvm::iterator_range
Due to inreased use of llvm::make_range in LLVM headers and ADL for
types defined in the swift namespace, some of the LLVM headers started
to trigger ambiguity errors between llvm::make_range and
swift::make_range.

a065ae99c8 Add a data structure for efficiently storing a byte-encoded
sequence which can be read with a forward iterator.

This will be useful for storing access paths to metadata or
protocol conformance values, which are typically very short.

Now with a fix to directly include <climits> for CHAR_BIT.
This was being transitively included on Darwin, but that's
not portable.

2bf783dfe8 Runtime: Generate a mangled name as the ObjC runtime name of generic class instances.
Our hack to generate a unique name by appending the class pointer doesn't produce a stable class name that can persist in NSKeyedArchiver, or eventually be used as a key for dynamic runtime instantiation. Generate a proper mangled name for the class instance by building a demangling AST from the metadata nodes and feeding it into the remangler. Should fix rdar://problem/18884563, though I need to try using an archiver with a generic class to verify.

d65f696344 Kill off [_]RawOptionSetType
Now that we are using OptionSetType for option sets, all the support for

Note: the fix-it that used to apply to RawOptionSetType, it seemed to me,

05a038e818 Make it so that the runtime demangler does not print the Swift standard library module name
This changes things like Swift.Dictionary<Swift.Int, Swift.AnyObject> to Dictionary<Int, AnyObject>

It has been suggested that playgrounds would benefit from not showing the fully qualified name.
Playgrounds use the runtime demangler to obtain type names, and honestly, I do not see enough value in those qualifiers being printed out to justify hackery in PlaygroundLogger or separate demangling logic

c8078cbcdb Demangle: Tweak how dependent types are demangled to make them look more like archetypes.
Share the logic we use to map archetype depth-index pairs to friendly unique names like 'A', 'B', so that demangle generic signatures are still somewhat readable, and so that archetype references into outer contexts with interface type manglings still make sense. Change the remangler to mangle archetypes and dependent generic params using nested index nodes instead of trying to parse the depth and index from the arbitrary names we give them.

3386d89af4 When demangling as string type names that come from module names of the form __lldb_expr_<something> in a Swift program, hide the module
The __lldb_expr modules are special as in they are autogenerated by LLDB and meant to not be user-accessible, so showing them adds visual noise for no user benefit

I am open to the notion of adding a flag to swift-demangle to the same effect, but that seems much lower priority

ca5876a866 swiftMarkup Library
Replace ReST-flavored documentation comments with Markdown.

rdar://problem/20180412

In addition to full Markdown support, the following extensions are
supported. These appear as lists at the top level of the comment's
"document". All of these extensions are matched without regard to
case.

Parameter Outlines
------------------

- Parameters:
  - x: ...
  - y: ...

Separate Parameters
-------------------

- parameter x: ...
- parameter y: ...

- Note:
Parameter documentation may be broken up across the entire comment,
with a mix of parameter documentation kinds - they'll be consolidated
in the end.

Returns
-------

- returns: ...

The following extensions are also list items at the top level, which
will also appear in Xcode QuickHelp as first-class citizens:

- Attention: ...
- Author: ...
- Authors: ...
- Bug: ...
- Complexity: ...
- Copyright: ...
- Date: ...
- Experiment: ...
- Important: ...
- Invariant: ...
- Note: ...
- Postcondition: ...
- Precondition: ...
- Remark: ...
- Remarks: ...
- See: ...
- Since: ...
- Todo: ...
- Version: ...
- Warning: ...

These match most of the extra fields in Doxygen, plus a few more per request.

Other changes
-------------
- Remove use of rawHTML for all markup AST nodes except for those
not representable by the Xcode QuickHelp XSLT - <h>, <hr/>, and of
course inline/block HTML itself.

- Update the doc comment RNG schema to more accurately reflect Xcode
QuickHelp.

- Clean up cmark CMake configuration.

- Rename "FullComment" to "DocComment"

- Update the Swift Standard Documentation (in a follow-up commit)

- Update SourceKit for minor changes and link against cmark
  (in a follow-up commit).

Replace the 'ignoreMissing' boolean flag with a new option set type,

Also eliminate the LazyResolver parameter, which is no longer
needed. Eliminate the silly TypeChecker::substType(), whose only

3982ca5135 Extend the hack that delays enum conformance checking to code-completion
This works around a big performance regression in code completion
performance that was introduced with r25741. This hack does not work

f778836934 Add initializers to postfix-expr code completions
Previously, the only way to get initializers was completing after the

And now it will also work in unadorned expressions:

Unfortunately, not all our clients handle this well yet, so it's
protected by a language option.

f4d98da668 Support the use of members of protocol extensions on existential types.
To use members of protocol extensions on existential types, we
introduce an OpenExistentialExpr expression to open up the existential
type (into a local archetype) and perform the operations on that local
archetype.

Unlike with uses of initializers or dynamic-Self-producing
methods of protocols, which produce similar ASTs, we have the type
checker perform the "open" operation and then track it through
constraint application. This scheme is better (because it's more
direct), but it's still using a simplistic approach to deciding where
the actual OpenExistentialExpr goes that needs improvement.
